"Samuel and Triana has been missing for nearly two days. If you know anything that could help us find out what has happened to them, now is the time to talk. Tomorrow may be too late."

Angel sniffled as he looked up emotionally to watch Cristina swallow. He shook his head clearly on the verge of tears as he shrugged."Triana has always been there for me. Even after all that has happened. She has not disappeared. She cannot have disappeared."

"That's why you have to help us, Angel."Cristina insisted with an urgent nod on the distressed brown."Triana would never have left without saying anything. We both know her."

Angel looked down at his crossed hands on the table before shaking his head in the objection."Triana was more complex than that. You don't know her as well as I do. No matter what others tell you. The past few months have been difficult enough for her to just want to disappear. She had nothing left to lose."

"What is that supposed to mean?" Exclaimed Cristina, alert.

"Did you know she had broken up with Ander?" Angel asked surprising the redhead in front of him."Or even that she was under pressure from people close to her? I was even one of those people at one point. I'm not proud of it to be honest. It's all my fault."

Cristina immediately frowned in perplexity."What? Why? What did you do Angel?"

"It's not what I did the problem but rather what I didn't do."Angel replied honestly as he gulped emotionally."I was a coward and now Triana pay the price."

"Angel, if you know something about Triana you need to tell us right away."Cristina insisted clearly out of patience with all these mysteries and secrets."Please. You know her father goes completely crazy without her."

Angel gave a sympathetic glance at Triana's godmother before wrinkling his lips in a last burst of loyalty. He couldn't make it worse. If he spoke he would probably end up like Triana and despite the pain he felt right now he couldn't speak. He was way too scared for that. He had been scared all his life but it was much more than that now.

It was life and death.

Panic was visible on his face leaving Cristina to uncross her hands to put one of her hands on Angel's to try to appease the visibly distressed teenager."Are you okay, Angel?"

Angel immediately looked up alert on the redhead before swallowing as he laid his eyes on their joined hands."I'm fine. Yeah, aside from the not sleeping, the jumpiness, the constant overwhelming crushing fear that something terrible happened to Triana."

"Why would something terrible have happened to her?"

Angel immediately pulled his hand from hers in nervousness before giving a frightened look at the redhead."Something happened to her. I know it. And you seriously need to find her because I know a bunch of people will lose it if you don't move. She counts for a lot of people here. She may have made mistakes in the past few months but that's what we're supposed to do, right? We're supposed to make mistakes."

"What mistakes did Triana make?" Cristina asked immediately, swallowing.

"She chose to be loyal instead of following her conscience. And when she chose to do the right thing, she disappeared. That's what she did."
