SOTC: with you in my head by UNKLE (feat. The Black Angels)

"Good morning," Miss.Blake greeted her class, "as you all know, Mr.Harris is still missing- I mean sick, so I'm filling in while we all hope and pray for a more qualified substitute to take my place. Okay, so, lest get started shall we?"
Tori huffed, using her fingers to twirl her gum that she chewed silently. She could hear Scotts warred tone, making her turn on her seat to the two guys behind her. She raised her eyebrows in Stiles direction, but he ignored her, his eyes trained on Scott. "It's Deaton." He huffed, "He's going to be taken."
"How do you know?" Tori asked, her eyes searching his soft features for any signs of miscommunication. There were none.
Scott shoved his phone into his pocket, " he just called me, asking me to find him."
Stiles sighed in worry, putting his head into his large pale hands for a moment of peace. Tori glanced over her shoulder quickly to make sure Miss. Blake was busy and out of earshot. "Scott," she pleaded, " don't worry and don't get overwhelmed. You can do it, we all can do it. We will find Deaton before..." She stopped herself, her shoulders dropping. Scott swallowed, shutting his eyes briefly and letting out s long breath.
"Ms. Whittemore." Jennifer Blake called on her student, " eyes up here please."
Tori squeezed Scotts tightly closed fist that rested atop the table, smiling tight lipped at her friend before turning in her chair. Not 30 seconds passed before her own phone buzzed against her hip, indicating a notification. Discretely she pulled it out, reading the message with hooded eyes.

There's something going on a Derek's. Meet there @ 10ish. Don't text anybody else. She pursed her lips and ran her hand through her hair. She seriously couldn't think of any more problems to ass to the list of ever growing ones weighing on her shoulders. Tori cousins dream of leaving Scott but he looked like he was still present in class, and most likely, he hannah thought of a plan just yet. Derek's shouldn't take too long, she thought. With the a shrug of her shoulders, she turned back towards her friends, her voice coming out in a hushed whisper as she spoke.
"Hey you two lumberjacks can handle this right?" When they glanced at her quizzically she rolled her eyes. "It's the plaid shirts guys. Serious lumber jack vibes."
"Are you leaving?" Scott asked, his eyes darting up to the front of the class.
"Yeah, I have something I need to do, over at Derek's. You all good ?"
Scott frowned and clenched his fist momentarily, "Tori I can't do this without you.." Stiles was quick to talk before she could respond.
"Yes, we are fine. Go." He didn't meet her eyes when he spoke, which pulled on Tori's heartstrings hard. He was still mad, she thought. Maybe if he gave her time to explain what was going on he would understand her reasons for the secrecy. Tori though Thomas might be a good person for advice in this situation.
"You're still mad." It was a statement.
" and you're still here." He responded.
Scott gave her a hopeful glance to which she smiled sadly, rising from her seat. The class had begun silent reading of the next chapter of the unit. Tori stalked up to the teacher, speaking some crap reason of why she had to leave school. Miss. Blake believed it, letting the brunette walk out.
