The maze runner a girls life ( newt love story )

What happened?

to everyone who doesn't know what happened to Sky when she got stung, here's Newts POV:

NEWT

She tossed and turned the whole night. Was she having a bad dream or something? OK from now on, I am going to keep any glader from hurting her. What ever it takes. I thought to myself(Newt). Skylar tossed and turned some more before I wrapped my arms around her sides once more. She froze. A sound from above us made me sit upright. The stars shone bright tonight, and they cast gostly shadows around the my room. The ceiling was mostly made up of sticks woven together. I looked up and saw something crawling across the ceiling. Before I could let out a scream, what ever it was jumped down. I dodged it as it fell on the bed where I was, just moments before.

I turned to try and identify what it was. A red light on what I believe was its head and it had a pale long body and multiple legs running down the length of its body. I a terrible sound cam out of it as its red light moved away from me and over to Skylar.

"NNNOOOO!!!!" I yelled. I got up on my feet and jumped onto the bed tackling the Beetle Blade as I decided to call it. Still surprisingly, Skylar did not wake. The Beetle Blade let out another screech as it threw me around. My hands slipped from its sides and I fell backwards, dazed from the fall. I had landed next to one of the chairs in the room. I saw that the Beetle Blade had ignored me yet again and climbed on the bed once more. A long needle like foot with hollow tubes around it lifted from its underside. Was it going to hurt Skylar? I thought. Before I even had time to think of anything else, I saw green liquid fill the tubes as the needle fell strait down, piercing Skylars side.

What I did next was the fact that a weird creature was in my room and I needed to kill it or it was out of pure haterid. I grabbed the chair that was closest to me. I felt that I would die for Skylar. Whatever the Beetle Blade had done to Sky, I was going to fix. I yelled a battle cry as I shot up and ran with the chair over my head. Just then I realized the word W.I.C.K.E.D on the Beetle Blades right side. Also it was a machin of some sort. The creature reared up to show its underside. That too also had the word W.I.K.C.E.D. inscribed on it. Its bright red light shone in my eyes, but that didn't stop me. I threw the chair on top of it as hard as I could.

It let out a metallic shriek and dived over Skylars seemingly lifeless body. Before I had a chance to walk around the other side of the bed, a bright light shone from the door. A shadow emerged and threw something at the Beetle Blade. Another loud shriek pierced the air as the red light fell and flickered on and off. Finally my eyes adjusted to the light and saw Winston, an Indian boy who was the keeper of the slaughter house.( I do not know if he was because I didn't read the books. I'm just going off parts of the movie :( )" Are you OK Newt? We heard yelling so I brought my knives." He said. I noticed my breathing was fast like I had just ran the Maze. The memories of the tall walls pained me, as I knew I personally wasn't going to run it again.

" Yeah. I'm fine." I replied. Figures appeared at the door way, as I recognized Alby and Minho were among them. My eyes fell upon Skylars body. I rushed to the other side of the bed and shook Skylar as if to wake her from a deep sleep.

" Skylar. Wake up." I said cooitively to her. Nothing. A bit louder I said again "Skylar. Wake up." I was getting nervous now. I sat down on the bed and rested her head on my lap. Her eyes were shut and she seemed almost at peace with herself. I looked down the length of her body but it was covered in the sheets. I uncovered her lower half and that's when I saw it. A large wound almost like a miskito bite was on her left hip.

" Newt, is there something wrong?" A voice said from the crowd. I was speech less. To be continued....
