Changed part2

-Newts pov-

I kneeled down next to Skylar. She had changed.

"Skylar..."I said softly as I ran the back of my fingers across her cut face. It stalimping when she moved her head. She blinked her eyes and then opened them half way. Her blue eyes looked scared and helpless, just like when she arrived in the box. She lifted her her hand and rested it on the right side of my face. 'Newt. I love you' she mouthed to me before I bent down and kissed her lips. She could see! When I had pulled away from her, her hand had left my face and she fell unconsious again.

"Alright you shank. We have to get her to the Glade. Its getting late." Jeff said as he looked around. "Can you guys help me get her on the strecher?" I nodded and picked her up bridle style careful to not hurt her or brush agenst her cuts. I placed her carefuly on the strecher and stood on her left side. Alby grabbed the leading end of the strecher, and Jeff the following. We ran through the maze without any trouble, no greiver in sight. I had remembered the twists and turns, so it was sorta easy to follow Minho. I was prepared to find out what she witnessed in the maze. Had a greiver done this to Skylar? Why did she go in the Maze? My mind race as a million questions crossed it.

We exited the maze as the doors began to close. It was all perfect timing. about 10 boys we did for us at the door cheering us on as we carried her across the Glade to the med jack clinic.

"Minho, Alby I'm going to need you to wait out here. Newt can you help me put Skylar down?" Jeff said. I followed him into the same room she was in before she entered the maze. Surprisingly the sheets were made. Clint probably made the bed before hand. I set Skylar on the bed and Jeff said "I'm sorry but she has to undergo some... surgery. She has a dislocated shoulder and her ankle is broken. I need to concentrate on what I'm doing, so can you join A by and Minho outside please?" I looked down at Skylar and Jeff came over and placed his hand on my shoulder. " Looks like someone got bitten by the love bug. Don't worry you klunk head, she'll be fine." Jeff said. He added something under his breath that i didnt catch.

I looked over at him and said " Your a life saver mate." My British accent came up in a slur of words. I had to admit it, I was tired from the day of limping/ running in the Maze , but I wasn't going to go to sleep until I was alone with Skylar.
