Thank God I Found You

TEN

Lea woke up early. She felt that Rob wasn't beside her. She's not used to it. Nasanay siyang nasa kama si Rob kapag nagigising ito. Bumaba siya to check on him pero wala. She started to get worried and she was too lazy to go to work so she went outside of their room, pero wala.

She decided to contact Charmane but she's not answering. She started to panic. She needs Dawn or Richard who could be able to explain. She doesn't want to feel that and she tries to call Rob but she gets no answer. She started to cry where his husband had been. She's scared, worried. She decided to call up Dawn instead. Thankfully, Dawn didn't fail her. Dawn answered the call.

"Have you seen Rob?" Dawn hears her crying and she knows Lea if she's crying or not.

"Something happened." Lea gasps and keeps crying on the phone while Dawn is on her way to Lea's. And Lea keeps wondering kung ano nangyari kay Rob and it happens that Lea has so many questions.

"What happened? Where has he been? All I know is magkatabi kami sa kama kagabe. And when I woke up, nagising na lang ako na wala siya. Dawn, I'm scared." She exclaimed. She started to feel her anxiety and hindi siya makahinga. Sobrang sikip ng dibdib niya. Thankfully, she saw Dawn walking in the hall of their floor.

"Dawn!!!" She exclaimed and hugged Dawn so tight and she kept on crying. Dawn on the other hand naaawa siya kay Lea. But she needs to be strong enough to go on with a plan.

Yep, they have a plan.

"Friend, stop crying. Of course, he'll be okay." Dawn tries to comfort Lea but it seems Lea isn't able to breath and so Lea got her attention when she saw Dawn's holding a big box.

"Wear this, sweetheart. And, I will be your makeup artist. So, I want you to calm down and follow my instructions." Lea was about to say something and Dawn knew it and so she cut Lea. "No buts. Please, stop thinking about Rob for a while, okay?" Kahit labag kay Lea na sumunod ito kay Dawn she left with no choice but to follow. But, there's a lot of questions that she has on her mind but it seems like she can't ask questions because inaayusan siya ni Dawn. And she's now wearing the white dress na dinala ni Dawn.

"Saan ba kasi tayo pupunta?" Lea asked curiously and impatiently. This is the first time na naiinip siya because of super daming tanong sa kanya na ayaw sagutin ni Dawn. Naaawa si Dawn but she has to close her mouth to work out the plan.

"Magmo-mall. Mag-unwind. You're too busy with Rob na, eh. I missed my best friend." Dawn lied and yes, she lied many times to Lea even though na nakokonsensya, Dawn didn't bother because this is really the plan. Dawn knew that dito sasaya si Lea.

"Wearing this? It seems like, I'm the bride at the wedding!" She exclaimed. She loses her patience already. For 25 years, this is the first time that she shouted to Dawn like that and even Dawn ay naninibago siya and napansin niyang malaki ang pinagbago ni Lea. Lumaki ang balakang and kilala niya si Lea. Not just because Rob was making love to Lea. But probably, Lea's pregnant without Lea's noticing it.

"Ayan tapos na!!!" She excitedly screamed. And Lea of course, still curious of what's going on.

"Let's go." Lea left with no choice but to follow Dawn's command. Probably, prina-prank lang siya that is why sunod lang siya ng sunod dito.

The car stopped at the Church and the set up was like a wedding and now she gave Dawn a questioning look and she loses her patience really.

"Lea, I want you to be happy and you deserve this kind of happiness. Alam kong atat ka na but this is a part of the plan." Paninimula nito but Lea was about to say somehing but Dawn continued. "Be the happiest woman on the planet, love." Dawn kisses Lea's forehead and iniwan niya si Lea so she received a text message from Rob.

From Rob:

"Hon, alam kong nabigla ka. But I can't wait, that is why I planned everything. And we have common friends naman. Hon, I want you. I want your flaws, I want you, mahal ko. Walk away if you're not yet ready to be married. And stay if you would like."

Lea was looking from side to side to check where Rob may have been but she cannot find anyone that is why tears started to fall and pumwesto na siya sa tapat ng simbahan. In this case, she's answering yes.
