Not particularly every girls dream , but still handsome in an average sort of way . No one could quite place their finger on why he was even so desired in the first place .
Its almost like one day he wasnt there , and one day he was. Suddenly , all the guys wanted to dress like him , talk like him , and walk like him . And all the girls wanted to be with him . Dont ask me why . It just happened like that .
The day he pursued me , was the day jenelle started getting little bitchy fits out of nowhere with me .
He simply asked for my number . That is all that happened. One moment he comes up to me and jenelle at my locker , and the next he's texting me , trying to go out on a date . ( That date never happened , either . )
What i didnt know was that jenelle had a crush on him all of two weeks . And his interest in me apparently ruined her chance with her one true love .
But last i heard about those two was that someone found them fucking in a dirty bathroom at uni.
So i guess all wasn't lost , huh jenelle ?
Anyways , i digress .
After all those sleepovers , outings to faraway places , and adventures we have had . She drops me because her crush showed interest in me .
I guess i should have noticed the snide comments she would make throughout the years . Like how my tiny, comfy cottage isnt up to par with her standards , or how me being a virgin is somewhat of an " issue ." And i am not a virgin , i might add . I just never told her .

One night stands are not as good as they sound . Especially when you're a virgin . Just a word from the wise . Its filled with grunts , pain , and quite alot of squeaking . ( of the bed springs !) Just akwardness all around .
The point is , i dont miss anyone from home except maman and papa . Leaving france was one of the best decisions i have ever made , and i dont regret it for one bit .
The loud speaker overhead comes on and a woman with an american accent says in a very polite voice for us to pack everything up , and thank you for riding blah blah airlines .
I take all of one suitcase , and head out the plane , excited to meet my new host family .
