My eyes started to water as soon as Christian came over to where Jade and I were, but Stormy was over talking with Gina and Riley. I hadn't seen Christian in years, my schedule filled up with days for either singing at the café a few blocks away from the house I shared and having the life of a photographer.
I ran up to him and hugged him, him picking me up because he was 4 and a 1/2 inches taller than I was. Plus, our bond was really tight.
I break away from our embrace and hug Lauren. She hugs me back and holds on to me for dear life. It was as if I were her body guard or mother. I try to break away from the embrace but she has a strong grip. I look Chris's way and give him a "help me, in a death grip at the moment" look. He comes over and helps me tear her arms off of me.
"How did you guys find me?" I ask them, everyone but Gina and Stormy coming our way.
"We can recognize your shriek from anywhere, Lex," Chris replies, "I know a group of people you would probably faint over."
As the group comes closer, I realize he's right: Key & Peele, Fall Out Boy, Panic! At The Disco, Smosh, Toby Turner, The Super Amazing Duo (aka Dan and Phil), Sarah Urie, and Melanie Moat. But a few people were missing. Which reminded me, so was Leo.
But once my eyes stopped on someone, it felt as if my heart stopped and the world went by slowly.
That's because he was the one I had fallen in love with before I met Leo.

As soon as I see this girl. who I assumed was related to Christian, walked towards him, I decided to walk a little closer to the trees. It was nice out but it wasn't a nice night for violence.
I hear, or at least I think I hear, someone call my name to come back but I just keep on moving forward. No one was going to pull me back.
"LOOK OUT!" I hear a yell from the girl Christian was talking to, who I assumed to be Alexys.
But just as she says this and my head turns back, I've already bumped my head into something. Or someone.
"Oww! Watch where you're going----" I say, before the person pulls down her hood. And then I realize, I'm face to face with the most beautiful girl ever.
