Harry's POV

"Zayn!" I yell as Zayn turns down another path. We'd already lost Niall and now him. I thought about turning around and following him but the abnormally loud set of footsteps approaching me made me quickly decide to keep going. Who ever this guy was, he was determined.

"Harry!" Niall shouts out about a eight yards away. He's stuck - tangled in some sort of vine. Shit, shit, shit.

"Niall! You've gotta try and get out!" He nods as I get closer. He shakes the vines and the unravel slightly. "Keep trying Ni!" He tries again and becomes free.

"I got it!" Quickly I pulled him up from his spot and ran, still dragging him behind me.

Turn after turn we got no where. All the woods looked the same. I didn't notice that the man was gone until Niall had stopped. "H....Harry." He said, trying to take in deep breaths, "H....He's gon..e" I stop and look behind us.

"I guess we lost him." Niall sighs and slowly sits down, still trying to catch his his breath. "We're gunna have to find Zayn."

"Harry, just sit." Niall requests pulling on my pant leg. "We'll find Zayn in a second." I sigh and slowly sit down beside Niall. The woods are actually very pretty when u get the chance to stop and look at them. They do hold years and years of secrets but their still beautiful. "Harry, who do you think that guy is?" Niall asks, bringing my head back to earth.

"I'm not sure Ni, but he definitely didn't like us." Niall chuckles as I hear a few twigs snap in the distance. "Niall, shh." Niall silences and the twigs snap gets louder. I focus my hearing and now hear a heartbeat. It's definitely not human.

"What is it?" Niall whispers as I slowly stand up. I put my hand up to silence him as I turn the corner and leap forward onto the 'attacker'.

"Gah!" The all too familiar voice gasps as my hands tighten around his neck.

"Zayn?" I ask and slowly let go. "H-How did you find us?" He laughs pointing at his nose.

"I can smell Niall's fear for miles away." I chuckle and lead him back over to Niall. "How did you guys get away? He was practically about to grab Harry last time I saw him."

"We ran." Niall replies with a shrug tossing a few twigs into the bushes across from him. "Guys, how are we gunna get out of here?" I sigh walking over to him and plopping down beside him on the log. Truthfully I've never been on this half of the woods, I like to keep with the area I was born in. Zayn on the other had I have no idea what he knows about the woods - he wasn't born like this, he was transformed at eleven by his parents. I met him in high school, his teeth literally inches away from sinking into my best friends neck.

"Earth to Harry." Zayn says waving his hands in front of my face. I swatted them down and glare at him, "You were like a thousand miles away bro." I roll him eyes slightly looking off towards the distance. I go to look back at the guys when something catches my eye; a house.

We couldn't of seen it earlier because the fog was thick but now I can. From here it looks pretty run down, and I can't hear any heart beats inside. This could be our only option right now.

"Guys, there's a house over there." I tell the boys pointing towards the house. Zayn's head snaps up as he looks out at the house, "It's risky but it's starting to get cold." I say as Niall shivers.

"F...Fuck it." Niall murmurs, "L...Let's g...go." Zayn nods quickly.

"Do you want me to carry you?" I ask as Niall struggles to stand. He nods opening his arms. Swiftly I pick him up and begin to walk.
