NALA'S POV

"Mom, father I am going out tonight sorry for skipping dinner." I say as I walk into the living room, I decided to flat iron my hair and leave it out for clothes I decide to wear a black long sleeve off the shoulder body con dress that shows off my bump and a jean jacket for shoes I wear some nude stiletto heels for makeup I wear a dark purple matt lip and some lashes.

"Oh, baby you look so beautiful where are you going." She asks while hugging me I pull back putting on my coat and grabbing a black and gold clutch purse which I filled with small snacks.

"Oh Jess invited some of the couples out for dinner and drinks but I am sad because I won't be drinking." I say shrugging my shoulders I kiss my mom on her cheek and wave to my dad.

"We need to talk when you get back." He says waving I roll my eyes and leaving the house getting into the car and kissing Lorenzo on the cheek.

"Hey guys, " I say waving to Jazz and Matteo. Lorenzo is wearing a suit and so is Matteo looking spiffy. Jasmine decides to go with a blouse and some jeans.

"Hey, pregnant lady, " Jazz greets that's her new favorite thing. I go into my purse and pull out a cookie unwrapping it everybody starts laughing I look around confused Jazz and Matteo's hand, Lorenzo's money.

"Told you I know my lady." He says stuffing it in his coat pocket I go into his coat pocket and grab the money and stuffing it into my bra.

"You know how I feel about bets being made on me." I say shoving the rest of the cookie in my mouth.

Well this is nice I say look in the restaurant Jessica spots us and waves for us to come over I get in next to Jessica sigh when I finally sit down. "So how is everybody."

"I'm good you know engaged and all." Jessica says holding up her ring. I grab her hand looking at it, it looked like a traditional wedding ring with a big ass rock and I start smiling.

"Damn bit that rock is ass fuck." Jazz says with wide eyes I bring it up to the light and see it reflect this looks so beautiful.

"You already know." She says and I laugh letting her hand go the waiter comes asking for our orders when he leaves we go back to talking about their engagement.

"So Nala how far along are you." James asks I answer him and then Lorenzo starts rubbing my stomach.

"Have you thought about who is gonna be the Godparents?" Matteo asks smiling brightly I shake my head digging into my steak.

"Yes, I have I want Zendya to be the God mom and Theo James to be the Godfather two really sexy people." I say Lorenzo pinches my arm with a smile I smack his arm.

"Nala why," he asks with a scowl I raise my brows in confusion finishing up my food.

"What?" I say in confusion he laughs I love it his laugh is the hottest sound ever I get shivers, every time, I hear it.

"So you just finished your food and decide to take mine as well." He complains and I giggle, Jasmine starts to laugh as well followed by Matteo.

"Sorry oh and we haven't really decided the Godparent so they will know at the baby shower." I explain for the rest of the dinner we have fun catching up with each other.

"So James we what do you do for work." I ask raising a brow I got to make sure that he is legit and can take care of my best friend.

"I work as their doctor." He answers and I nod as he continues to explain about himself, good for him as he should. It's getting late and I am a little drowsy.
