We arrived to New York just a little before dawn. My baby was still knocked out cold. I didn't get as much sleep as I would've have liked because I was mostly up through the night on my Mac looking at some concert ideas and working.

We started getting ready to get off the jet. I packed up my Mac and stuff I unpacked. My bodyguards took our suitcases and I picked up lourdes. I sat her on my lap and got her pink "North Face" jacket. I had to wake her up to put it on.

Yn- Lo baby. Wake up for a second.

Is hooked her gently and she woke up just to cry after. This is the part of the mommy job I hate, seeing lo cry. She's real fussy when you wake her up out of her sleep.

Lo-*Crying*

I started putting on her jacket.

Yn- I know, I know. *Frowns* Mommy's sorry bugaboo. *Puts on her Minnie hat*

I put Lourdes's hood over her head and zipped her jacket. I heard it was cold in NY today.

Lo calmed down a little. I picked her put and patted her back and bounced her up and down to get her back to sleep.

It didn't take her long. As we landed we got off. I was very fortunate the paps weren't here.

We got in the waiting car. I tweeted, "New York City! 🎤❤️" and immediately got favorites and retweets with comments.

We pulled up to the hotel and got out. We walked in and checked in and we found our room. It was on the 5th floor. When I got there my bodyguards took their place by the door. I unzipped Lo and tuck her in bed.

I didn't have time for sleep. At least not today. 1) because I have a rehearsal at 7 a.m. & 2) The baby is still hunting my mind.
