Weakness (Kageyama x Hinata)

Chapter 5

Hinata is on his way to training. He and Kageyama have been officially a couple for two weeks now, but they still haven't told anyone. It's hard to not be able to talk about it to anyone. He was incredibly happy about their relationship, but he would love to be able to have dates also outside. They were always meeting at one of their houses. But Shoyo wanted to be a good boyfriend. If Kageyama doesn't want to tell the others yet, I have to accept that. Before he knew it, he was standing in front of the gymnasium, which fascinated him anew each time. "SHOYOOOOO!" Nishinoya comes running towards him with a smile. "Oh, Noya-san, hey!" "Are you ready for the training camp tomorrow?" Huh?! Which training camp? Shoyo went through his memory of the past few days until he stopped at the club room a few days ago:
"Alright, listen to me for a moment! It may be a little short-term now, but we're going to Tokyo for a training camp this weekend with the Nekoma and the Fukorudani! Don't sweat it!" Ah right, Daichi had mentioned that, but Hinata was so busy watching his boyfriend changing that he had completely missed it. Damn Kageyama and his way too perfect body! "Uwoh, I totally forgot that! Thank you for reminding me otherwise I probably wouldn't have gone with you at all" "Oh no problem! After all, I'm ... your SENPAI!" Noya grins at him and proudly points his finger at himself. Shoyo's eyes begin to sparkle. He's soooo cool, even though he's only 160cm tall. "Yes! Nishinoya-senpai!" "Uwahaha but now let's go practice!" "Yes!"

Since Shoyo could now look forward to the training camp, the day passed much faster. In the evening he cheerfully packed his stuff and set off for the meeting point around midnight. "Okay, we have a long way to go! Sleep a bit on the bus so that you are rested tomorrow for the practice matches!" "Alright!" Hinata and Kageyama normally sit side by side in one of the later rows. This has always been their regular place even before they became a couple. Although Shoyo was excited and typically couldn't sleep in such a situation, after a few minutes his eyes closed and his head landed on his friend's shoulder. Tobio was a little surprised and wanted to criticize the spiker, but stopped immediately when he saw his calm face. Even though Hinata had stayed at the setter's house several times, he felt completely touched when he saw his friend sleep. He just couldn't get used to it. He had to smile, he could look at Shoyo like this forever. A few minutes later Tobio closed his eyes and fell asleep.
"Shall we wake them up?" "But they look so calm" "Tch, just leave them on the bus," Hinata slowly woke up from this discussion. "Oh, he's awake" "Hm what's up?" The middle blocker rubbed his eyes yawning and looked around. Sugawara and Yachi stood in front of him and looked at him. Behind them, Tsukishima side-eyed him. Now he realizes that Kageyama's head is laying on his. "Ah ... Uh, it's not what it looks like" he stammered, blushing and waving his arms wildly in front of him. Tobio's head drops and he wakes up. "What? Are we there already?" "Yeah, hurry up," Yachi explains, smiling. "Ah ok" They stood up and took their stuff. Hinata was quite embarrassed, but Kageyama seems to haven't even understood the situation. Lev immediately jumped at Shoyo and started to argue with him, Kenma watching them a bit amused from the side. Tobio was talking to Akaashi. And after a few minutes, the practice matches started. Everything went pretty well, even though Karasuno as always lost almost every match. But still, Kageyama was kinda off that day. Everyone probably didn't even realize because his tosses were still pretty perfect and usually everyone could have a bad day. But Shoyo understood something was wrong. After they had dinner Hinata wanted to ask Tobio what was wrong. "Hey, Kageyama, is everything alright? You seemed kinda off today" "None of your business" he answered roughly and went away. Shoyo couldn't move. Of course, Kageyama had yelled at him before but this was the first time it hurt that bad. Maybe it was because they're dating now or because he said it so roughly but the little Spiker could totally start to cry right now. Had he done something wrong? Why is Kageyama mad at him? What should he do now? It felt like the Setter had stuck a knife right through Shoyo's heart. Suddenly Lev showed up behind him "Hey, Hinata-Kun. Wanna play cards with me, Kenma-San and Fukunaga-Kun?" The middle blocker blinked. He still was kinda but maybe the game would let him feel better. "Yeah, okay." He answered with a pretty quiet voice. The game was pretty funny, Kenma destroyed them all and won while Lev completely failed. But still, Hinata couldn't stop thinking about his boyfriend. This expression he had. It looked like he was hurt or something like that. What should he do?
