"Thank you! Have a great day." I said before shutting the door behind me of the Uber.

I breathed out and started to walk towards the entrance of the event.

It was cold, but the air was moist it felt, I liked the weather it always gave a mysterious feel.

I made it to the entrance where the bodyguards of the event stood.

"Name,please." The tall boy said.

"Roselie Arritola." I said sternly.

"Great! Enjoy the event." He said.

I smiled, and walked inside.

Wow, it was beautiful on there.
They had LEDlights everywhere around the event. Spots for drinks, food, appetizers, and everywhere you looked there was people who had such big connections, it's crazy.

I decided this was my que to find jazlyn or Ava.

I called Jazlyn to see if she would answer.

"Heyy, Get here already this place is lit." I said laughing just a bit.

"I am here! Where are you." She said.

"I'm by the appetizers." I told her.

"Stay there, and don't hang up." She said.

Then a couple seconds later, jazlyn walked up to me.

I hung up, and we gave each other a tight hug.

"This place is beautiful!" Jazlyn said.

"I know, and it's crazy how many people we might me here." I said.

"I already seen some people I want to have a conversation with tonight." She smirked.

"Better make it happen." I winked.

The music was just a little loud, that we had to yell next to each other, but it was still fun.

11:45pm

It's been a hour since we got here, and we've had a couple drinks, nothing to get us drunk. And nick and Ava finally showed up, together?

I felt like nick and Ava were hiding something, like they were hooking up secretly or dating behind jazlyns and I's back.

Whatever. I shook the thought out of my head.

"Hi Roselie..." nick smirked.

"Hey nick." I smiled, casually not flirting.

He grabbed my lower back and kissed my cheek.

I smiled, and greeted him.

"So why a hour late?" I asked.

"It doesn't take just a minute to look this good." He smirked.

"Shut up." I playfully giggled, but acted annoyed.

"Hey rose! This place is so pretty, right?" Ava also greeted me.

"Yes it's gorgeous, we should all go to dance though? Right?" I asked.

"Hmmm." Ava said.
"Well we might aswell, we don't want to sit around and eat and drink all night." Jazlyn said.

"But we also need the chance to speak to people we want to." Nick blurted.

"Ok well the event ends at 1:45am." I said , trying to point out we have time.

"Jeez, okay." Nick said with his hands up.
