~Chapter 8~
VIOLET'S POV:
"Okay Dawn we're going to make this quick." I said lowly looking around in the trees checking for any special "visitors". Dawn listened patiently waiting. "I want you to scope out the premises to make sure the people from the other day haven't found the location okay." She nodded and walked a little ways looking everywhere. Turning around she gave me a thumbs up and began climbing a tree with branches hanging a little lower than the others. Wobbling a little bit she hugged the base of the trunk, covered her eyes from the sun with her hand looking around. Nodding she gave a second thumbs up and sat on the branch swaying her legs watching.
I quietly sneaked my way to the old oak tree that we had labeled as the wall. That way if anyone ever got suspicious or like now hired agents to figure out the robberies around town then we’d have a way to contact the ones in need. The operation goes as the person writes a vague note and slips it into the nook located at the base of the trunk. We visit the site every Sunday and try to get to the task as soon as possible. I checked around the tree for any special bugs or cameras before stooping down and sliding my hand through the overgrown grass and into the nook. My fingers searched through the area, I felt the edge of a note. My fingers curled around the paper and slowly pulled it out, sure not to tear it. I unfolded the letter.
Dear girls,
This isn’t anything personal for us we’re doing great, the plan worked well. We only suffered a few bruises, but we’d appreciate it if you could help out a person friend of ours, the Johnson’s. They’re not doing so good money wise. We’d really appreciate it if you could find some uplifting to help them.

I motioned Dawn over. She maneuvered her way down the tree. She walked her way over to me. I handed her the paper. While she read I covered the hole with a pile of leaves and looked around cautiously for any suspicious movement. When she handed the note back an excited grin was spread across her face and was already running back to the car. I reread the note to ensure I remembered everything and pulled the lighter from my back pocket out. I lit it and held it closely to the bottom of the paper watching it catch flame.
“Let’s go round the team.”
Nate’s POV:
“Found em!” Dylan smirked triumphantly spinning around in his chair (quite maniacally might I add) to face everyone. Damon paused the game of mario cart on his game console, Peter paused mid-bite into his sandwich and placed it down ceremoniously on the plate and Justin remained knocked out on couch with a pillow covering his face. Dylan stared his figure down grumpily still not over the milk incident. Damon rolled his eyes and pushed Justin forcefully off the couch. Justin hopped up almost instantly landing in a ninja fight stance, as if it was any more possible Dylan glared harder. Damon chuckled and plopped himself on the couch. Eventually Justin realized the death stare Dylan was giving him and fell back on the couch grumbling.
