Kassie had Logan wrapped around her little pinky finger at five years old. A month after he proposed we had a small ceremony  with a couple people and that was it. After we married. We moved into the town in which he grew up. The people were very surprised and they always had their mouth open in shock that he was talking and being....semi friendly.
He still didn't like the people except for Mrs. Callaway who always gave him free apple pie.
Everyone loved Kassie.  She was a sweet talker. Always babbling about something and her adorable dimples from her father had everyone melting.
Janine moved into town so she could be closer to me and the baby and to make sure I was always okay. For that I was grateful. My mom was out and and she was still being supervised but the medication kept her calm. She absolutely adored Kassie and Kassie loved her grandmother.

"Daddy. Want toot toot!"

"Hold on baby girl. We're almost at you aunt's house."

"Janine is going to kill you if you drive to fast and spoil this cake. " I grinned mischievously.

"Babe. Princess needs the bathroom. I have no time to think about a cake."

"Your funeral. "

"Mommmmyy!!"

"Yes Miguel." I said smiling at our three year old son.

Yes we had a son also. And he was a mamma's boy. As I looked at my family, I wouldn't change a thing. Without them, I don't think I'd be even this happy.
