"We should get going." Octavia tells Bellamy as she walks into his tent, me in tow. As soon as we came back into camp, a shiny object came falling out of the sky. Clarke thinks it's supplies from The Ark, but I doubt it.
"Everyone's ready." I add.
"No one's going anywhere. Not while it's dark. It isn't safe. We'll head out at first light. Spread the word." He orders us. Octavia and I looked at him confused.
"Everyone for 100 miles saw that thing come down." I tell him, "What if the Grounders get to it first? Bell, we should go now." I grab his hand, looking at him.
"I say we wait till sunrise." Bellamy orders storming out of the tent.
"If he's not going, I will." I tell Octavia. She nods in agreement. I got my gear and began to walk to the crash site, Octavia behind me. I see a distant figure in the distance. I squinted to get a better look.
"Is that Bellamy?" Octavia asks.
"What are you doing? Go back to camp. It isn't safe." Bellamy tells us when we were near him.
"You lied to everyone. You lied to us." I say in disbelief.
"You just want whatever's in that pod." Octavia says
"Just go home." Bellamy tells her, looking at her.
"You always want to play the big brother, huh? Well, guess what? Jokes on me. You're just a selfish dick." She growls.
"I did this to protect you." He tells her softly, "If The Ark finds out we're alive, they'll come down. And when they do, I'm dead."
"What did you do?" I ask him concerned.
"I shot him. I shot Jaha." Bellamy tells us hushed. My eyes widened, "What? I found out they were sending you to Earth. I couldn't let you go alone. Someone came to me with a deal. Do this. Kill him, and they'd get me on the drop ship. And I did it."
"You killed the Chancellor?" I gasped.
"He killed your parents. Our mother." He gestured to him and Octavia, "He locked you guys up. He deserved it." He tells us.
"I didn't ask you to do that." Octavia says to him in disbelief.
"You're right. I made the choice. This is on me. Whatever they sent down, I'll take care of it." He tells her.
"I didn't ask for any of this."she says running away.
"Go with her." Bellamy tells me, turning and began to walk away. I shake my head.
"No I'm coming with you." I say, trailing after him. He nods and moves quickly through the forest to get to the pod. I spot the small pod in a clearing. Bellamy and I ran to it, and opened the small door.
"Pod one. Pod one. This is Ark Station Medical. If you are receiving, please respond. Pod one. Pod one. This is Ark Station Medical. If you are receiving, please respond." I could hear from the pod. A girl could be seen sitting, unconscious in the pod.
"I'll keep lookout. You do whatever you need to do." I tell him, looking away, and scan the clearing. The radio let's out a small screech as the wires were cut.
"Come on." Bellamy says, slamming the pod door shut, and running away. I followed quickly and saw that he was headed to the small lake. He looked at the radio for a split second before throwing it as hard as he could into the waters.
"You okay?" I asked.
"Yeah. Let's go back home." He says wrapping an arm around me. I nodded, not feeling the slightest bit guilty. We walked for a solid 5-10 minutes before a voice called out to us.
