"Octavia." I called, running after her, with the vial of leftover cure in my hand. She turns around, tears forming in her eyes, "You'll need this." I say giving her the vial. She drank it in one quick gulp and threw the vial behind her, into the forest.

"I can't believe he did that." She says. I shrug.

"Me neither, but it's Bellamy, so..." I trailed off. She laughed slightly.

"Yeah. He tends to do things like that." She says. I lean closer to her.

"I'll do whatever it takes to help you get him out of there. I promise." I whisper to her before returning to the drop ship. I go up to the third floor to check on the grounder. Clarke was in front of the grounder, and Miller was in a corner. Clarke was trying to clean the grounder's wound, but he wouldn't have it, he kept his hand clenched.

"Hey, look. I need to clean this." Clarke says to the grounder, who still kept his hand clenched. I sighed and hobbled up to them.

"Here, let me try." I say, taking the rag from Clarke. I wring out the water and bring it up to the grounder's hand. It slowly unclenches, allowing me to clean it.

"I never wanted him to get hurt. You have to know that. I only wanted to save Finn." She tells me.

"Yeah save Finn. Doesn't matter who gets hurt, as long as your lover is safe, everyone else doesn't matter." I say to her, she looks at me gobsmacked, "And for the record, you didn't save Finn, Octavia did. That was her. But whatever you want to tell yourself to make you feel better." I gave her a small glare. She looks at me, shaking her head, and left. I turn back to the grounder and began to wipe at his chest now.

"I'm so sorry. You save Octavia and I, and look at the thanks you get." I say bitterly, "We never wanted any of this to happen to you."

"Thank you." I hear. My head snapped up to see the grounder looking at me.

"You can understand us? You can talk." I mutter excitedly. He gives a short nod. I smile largely.

"He say something?" Miller speaks up from the corner.

"Nope." I say as Octavia came in.

"How's he doing?" she asks me. I smile a little bit.

"Good. I actually have to do something, can you take over?" I say giving her the towel. I gave the grounder a quick wink before turning to leave. I let out a sigh as I came outside.

"Reina." I hear someone say behind me. I turn to see Bellamy. I wipe my hands on my pants and waited for him to catch up.

"What?" I ask.

"Who we are and who we need to be to survive are very different things." He tells me, looking at me. All of my anger seemed to fade when he does.

"What're we gonna do with him? We can't keep him locked up forever." I say.

"If we let him go, he'll be back, and maybe not alone next time." He says.

"Killing him is not an option." I tell him sternly.

"I know. You and my sister both, R." He says. I look at him, while he stares down at me. He pulls something out of his pocket. My mother's ring.

"You found it." I say.

"It was on the ground next to your bow and arrows. Of course I knew it'd be you." He says taking my small hands into his large ones. He slipped the ring onto my finger softly. I smile.

"Thank you." I said.

"Bellamy." Clarke says coming up to us.

"The answer is still no. I'm not talking to Jaha." Bellamy says, annoyed.
