He got a punch in the nose, blood dripping out wetting his white shirt. It hurt, but he didn't flinch at all. His eyes were on her, his heart was breaking as she cried in front of her while shaking her hand after delivering a punch to his face."Get the fuck out of here, Devin."
And so he did. The door was already opened as he walked away out of her house, out of her life. He already knew how fucked up he was, what he said hurt her the most.
She didn't deserve it, and he actually needed one more punch in the face again after spitting those bitter words to her.
Clenching his jaw, he went into his car and took off his blood stained shirt. He let out a groan. A groan of regret and frustration as he let her slip away because of his mean, goddamned mouth.
"I'm sorry.."
He breathed out, pulling the brake as he drove away from her neighborhood.
