The sun had already set and the sky had started to get darker. Claude, an old man aged 61 years old was walking home from his crop. To get home, he had to pass through a place where there were no houses but only a small forest. The place was very isolated at night and no vehicles passed by. The atmosphere was cold and Claude could hear strange noises. However he decided to ignore them since he was acquainted to that forest.

He kept on walking, but, soon, when he reached in the middle of the forest, he heard the cries of a baby. It was coming from his right. He walked closer. There was a slope and at the bottom, he saw a little baby which looked like it was around five months old. It was crying endlessly.

With pity, Claude slid down that slope to pick up the baby. As he did so, the baby stopped crying. It was very cute and small. There was dirt all over its body.

Claude took out his jacket and attached the baby to his back with it. He then continued his way home. The baby was completely quiet.

However, Claude felt something weird. As he was walking, he felt the weight on his back getting heavier and heavier, as if the baby was growing bigger on his back. He decided not to pay attention to it thinking that he was just tired and kept on walking. At last, he felt weak and knelt on the ground. The weight of the baby on his back was now too much. Out of fear, he untied the shirt and threw his hands on his back to touch the baby, but, he couldn't feel the baby's little body.

He quickly turned around and as he did so, fear took control of his body. The baby was not there. Instead, in front of him stood a huge black figure. Only its eyes were visible. It had no mouth, no nose and no ears but only white eyes.
