Ch3

Bentlee's POV

"Ouch!" I jolted out of my sleep to see my self in a room that certainly wasn't mine. Suddenly, I remembered where I was when I saw the funky looking patterns on the floor.

My eyes quickly scanned the room to see where the noice came from. Chloe was sitting on the floor, close to the little kitchen in the room, with water spilled on the floor.

"Are you okay?" My Nona asked sitting up from her bed.
"Yeah." She said. I just realized she was holding her elbow.
"What happened?" My aunt Cathy asked from her bed.
"I fell." Chloe said while she stood up.
"What's on the floor?" She asked.
"My water." Her eyes started to tear up.
"I dropped my water when I hit my funny bone on the corner." She said, I don't know why but, her eyes were tearing up.

"Why are you crying, Bug?"
"Because I really wanted water and I was even being really quiet to get it!" She said as she walked over to our bed on the couch.
"It's okay Chloe." My Aunt said trying to cheer her up, even though her voice sounded groggy.
"Hey Bug, don't worry." I started until I realized a better way to cheer her up.
"You know the cruise is today, we don't want to start the day with tears." I said as I walked over and hugged her.
Yes, sometimes she can be annoying. But at the end of the end— well in this case the beginning of the day— she is my sister and I love her.

When we finished cleaning up the mess, I heard Chloe's stomach gargle.
"You hungry?" I laughed as I looked at her.
"Yeah." She replied laughing back.
"If you girls want to, you can go down stairs and get food from the cafeteria." My aunt said when she got out of the bathroom with her hair brushed.
"Okay," I started. "Bug, you wanna see if Genie or her brothers want to come with us?"
"Sure." She replied as I grabbed out my phone and began texting Genie.

When five minutes passed, Chloe texted Lucas asking him if he wanted to go with us. Knowing Genie, she is probably asleep.
Zoey got a text back from Lucas saying that he's going to wait for Noah to wake up.

When we got downstairs the cafeteria was packed. I personally hate being around this many people in this early in the morning. Mainly because I wasn't completely dressed. Before we left I put my hair in a ponytail and put on clothes but since were eating breakfast I brushed my teeth with water so that way I could eat whatever I want and then go back and brush them with actual toothpaste.

I grabbed Chloe and I two plates and began putting whatever we thought was good as well as stuff that my Nona and Aunt Cathy might like, because we decided we were going to go eat upstairs instead of in the cafeteria. When we got to the elevator we saw Noah, who was preoccupied with his phone, and Lucas.

"Funny seeing you hear." I said when Noah looked up from his phone.
"Oh yeah, my mom said for us to come eat with you guys." He said when he saw our plates.
"Oh well we were going to eat upstairs, but we can eat with you guys if you want." My sister replied.

I don't want to sound rude, but I really didn't want to eat downstairs. I really just wanted to go upstairs and finish getting dressed. It was about 9:00 am and we had to leave in 2 hours if we wanted to get there early.

"No it's fine." He said walking off with Lucas. I think he didn't really want to eat with us either. Noah and I don't hate each other but he's usually with his dad all the time so I don't really see him when I hang out with Genie.

We got upstairs and ate our food. Then I finished getting ready and went to aunt Franca's room to straightened her hair because Genie didn't want to.
"I have to get ready too!" Was her excuse when I teased her about it.

Then Noah and Lucas came back and had to finish getting ready, so I had to go. And when they were finished and everything was back in our suitcases we left for the cruise. Genie rode with us again. The ride was an hour long and the whole way there Genie and I were discussing everything we were going to do. My favorite part about cruises is the teen club. I love meeting new people.

When we got there we couldn't contain our excitement. Even though we were literally just giving the man our suitcases then parking the car. After we parked the car we made our way through the line and security, then we got in the last line right after we took our family pictures. Genie and her mom and brothers and me and my aunt, Nona, and sister were separated from the pictures until we got to the room.

When we got in the line going onto the cruise we heard them introducing families. We have the same last name as our Nona, but my aunt is married so her has her husband's last name Valencio. Genie's family has the last name Smith. I am not joking.

After the man shouted, "the Valencio/ Trentino Family," I couldn't help but chuckle a little when he announced, "the Smith Family," Right after.

Our rooms were on deck 9. Our balconies connected so we could go in and out of each others rooms through that way.

When I opened the door and saw the room I would be living in for the next 7 days, Genie and I had no idea what was coming for us.
