I highly suggest looking up "ftm contouring" or "Drag King" contouring as both are very helpful.
Now this is more of a pre-T trick but you can still use it post-T if you want!

**** I am so, so very sorry for the extremely late update, it was meant to be posted the next week but things got a little complicated and I ended up pushing back the update.
