Okay, now I'm going to help you out with facts among other things!

First, to talk about that time that every pre-T, ftm, man hates. Sharkweek, aka the cycle. That time in every month.

But wory not, there's a bright side to this crappy event.

Most schools don't teach this but both males AND females produce estrogen and testosterone, just at different levels.

And because of this, when sharkweeks happens your body produces the most amount of testosterone.

That's why when cisgender women have theirs men, and other women, fear that they're easily angered and that's because testosterone is an aggrivant. It makes you more violent among other things.

But this means you are more motivated and if you're ever dysphoric because of it just remember, you're getting a shit ton more testosterone than normal.

Also if you're dysphoric remember, DO NOT compare yourself to others especially other ftm people who are on T.

DO NOT over bind because it will NOT do anything but hurt you.

And finally DO NOT forget you're not alone and you are definitely, 100%, absolutely, no questions asked, valid.

Don't let anyone tell you otherwise.

I know it's hard right now with quarantine, especially if you're trapped with people who don't support you. But don't let that get to you, and stay strong

Long title I know, and I'm sorry for being absent. I've been trying to be healthier mentally and physically. I'm not going to get any of your hopes up by saying I'll try to update more because it never works out. But I hope this chapter helped a little bit. And I'm hoping to make another chapter on how to help deepen your voice, soon. A lot more free time with quarantine and all.
But anyways just remember, you're all valid and all loved. No one is alone.
Have a great day/night, and thanks for reading.
