All have sinned and fall short of Your glory,
All have gone astray and not one does good.
Yet through Your boundless grace and mercy,
You chose to redeem us from Your wrath.
All our good works are like filthy rags in Your presence,
And nothing we do can ever earn our way to You,
Which is why You save us by Your grace,
And not by any righteous deed we do.
When we confess with our mouth that 'Jesus is Lord'
& believe in our heart that you were raised from the dead, You save us!
'Everyone who calls on the name of the Lord shall be saved.
No one who believes in You will be put to shame.'
You remove the heart of stone,
And give us a heart of flesh.
You take away the spirit of fear & slavery,
And give us the Spirit of power, love & adoption.
You are the Lord of lords,
You are the King of kings,
My Rock, my Refuge,
My Strength, my Salvation. ❤
