Hazel pov
"Who's ready to go home" My mom said walking to the hospital room with balloons

"Hey Mrs.Prior" Shawn said hugging her before coming back to me

"Finally I can go home, I have been craving pizza" I said as the nurse helped me get to my chair

"Ok miss Prior you are all ready to go home" She said with a smile before giving shawn my medication

Let me bring you up to speed, the hospital said I had anxiety and depression which I taught was impossiable because yes sometimes I get minor panic attacks but it was nothing more than that

"Miss Prior I hope you get better" the doctor said before I left

"Ok we have a little surprise at home for you" Shawn said with a grin on his face

"We are here miss Hazel Grace" Shawn said as he ran to the back of the car getting the wheel chair

"I am here for you, you know that right?" He asked looking at me with worry before helping me inside

"I know" I said with a smile as he helped me into the house where I saw all my family and friends shouted welcome home

"Oh my god! You guys" I said laughing as I felt my eyes started to water

"Surprise" Shawn said and I tured around and hugged him

"This was you?" I asked with a smile and he nodded

"I wantted you to know that you are always loved and that you are very important to each and every person in this room and most of all me" He said smirking before sending me of to talk to everyone

"How are you honey?" My grandma asked before hugging me

"I am doing better grandma" I said holding her hand

"Your boyfriend is really cute" She said as I basicaly choked on my water

"N-no him and I are just friends" I said looking at him as he talked to my cousin Josh

Before he looked at me and smiled

"Are you sure hun? That was the same way your grandfather looked at me" She said smiling before I got a message

"Hey you ready?" He asked before grabbing he black jean jacket

"Bye grandma" He said before kissing her on her cheek

"Bye my love and have her back before sun rise" She said laughing and shawn shot her a wink before leaving

"Were are we going?" I asked as I looked at him with a smile

"Someone special lets call it Shawn and Hazel Grace secret hide out" He said intertwining our hands together and looked at me and smiled

When we got there I saw a feild of tulips and a water fall

"Waw" I said getting out of the jeep and looking at the water fall

"I taught you would be hungry and I bought us pizza" he said taking me to the feild where it had a Sheet and two glasses, a bottle of wine and pizza

"You did this for me?" I asked looking at him with awe

"Yea, Hazel Grace I loved you since the first day I saw you, I fell inlove with your attitude, the way you bite you bottom lip where your focused on something,the way your not afraid to call me out on my shit, the way your eyes light up when you smile, Hazel Grace I could go on but that would take a life time but what I really wantted to ask was will you do my the honour of being my beautiful Girlfriend?" And with that I kissed him and sparks flew through my body

"So is that a yes?" He asked laughing as I bit my bottom lip and nodded yes before kissing him he then grabbed my waist and pulled me closer to him

"Wait, have know one ever touched you like this before" he asked looking like he did something wrong

"No" I said looking down still on his lap

"Why did you stop?" I asked as he played with my hair
