"No, stay."
"Excuse me?" I asked, the look of disbelief etched on my face. He leaned against his doorway and crossed his arms over his chest. He raised his eyebrows at me as a playful smile made an appearance on his face. His little dimples were prominent at the corners of his mouth.
"Do yo want to come in?" He asked slowly.
I chewed on my bottom lip as I considered my answer.
"Time to go Molly." Rick's voice echoed through my head.
I looked back and forth between Ashton and the inside of his house behind him.
"You better not be considering this! Dammit Molly! Do as you're told!" Rick barked into my ear.
"You okay? You're really pale." Ashton said, his voice full of concern as he took a step towards me.
"I'm fine, I can come in for a little bit." I muttered as I reached up to switch off my earpiece.
"You can't make this damn job easy can you?" Rick snapped just as I switched it off, his dumb voice finally gone.
"Great!" Ashton smiled as he backed up and pulled me inside. My head was spinning and I felt like I was going to throw up. I've never defied Rick before and he was going to kill me when I got home.
"Molly?" Ashton asked as he waved his hand in front of my face trying to get my attention.
"Hmm?" I snapped out of my thoughts and placed my full attention on the curly headed boy whose house I was currently in.
"How did you get my address?" He inquired at me as he lead me into the kitchen. He pulled open the door of the fridge and pulled out six cans of Coke. He had three in each hand.
"Uh," I got lost staring at his fingers. He had some big ass hands.
"Take a picture it'll last longer." He laughed as he shut the fridge door with his hip.
"Sorry, um, I got it from your friend Luke. His number was in the pocket of your coat." I replied as my cheeks turned redder than a tomato.
"Oh shit, yeah. I need to add that into my contacts." He said as he lead me to an open door that had stairs that went down. I followed slowly after him as we made our way down to his basement.
"Welcome to la casa de Ashton." He smiled as we reached the open space of the basement. There were clothes strewn about all over the room. My attention focused on the group of boys that were leaned up against the bed on the other side yelling at each other while they played video games.
"Ashton! Come play Fifa! I'm whooping Luke's ass!" The boy with dark brown hair yelled as his eyes never left the television screen. His fingers furiously moved every direction possible on the controller.
"You are not!" The blonde one, who I assumed was Luke, whined. Ashton led me over to the boys and plopped the Cokes down on their laps.
"Shut up Luke." The one with bright red hair muttered.
"Ashton, I said I wanted Pepsi." The dark haired one complained as he moved the can out of his lap with a disgusted look on his face.
"And I said I didn't have any Calum." Ashton snapped as he switched the tv off. The boys groaned at Ashton as the thing they were so preoccupied was suddenly gone.
"You're being very rude to our guest." Ashton said as he handed me a can of Coke.
"Is that the chick that called me on the phone earlier?" Luke asked as he stood up from where he was sitting. He was cute, he had pretty blue eyes and a lip ring adorned his bottoms lip. His lanky body made its way over to me and shook my hand.
"I'm Molly." I said sheepishly as I shook his hand, he had a good foot over me and it was a bit intimidating.
"Hot name." Calum laughed as he gave me a wave. "I'm Calum."
"Hi." I smiled as I waved back to him.
"I'm Michael," the one with red hair chimed in. He held the can up to his lips and took a swig of it.
I smiled and waved once again.
"I'm Ashton, but you already knew that." Ashton said as he threw his arm around my shoulder. "We're friends now."
