Buying The Assets!!

Today was the idea presentation from the planning team to the CEO MR. Bernard Arnault , the unique thing about the planning team and its idea presentations was that from the planning team intern to the planning team president could present their potential ideas to the CEO and gain the opportunities to execute their ideas , so today was Riya's 1st chance to show her potential in front of the entire planning team , as the CEO already knew it, she was one of his favorite students in his special lectures at her college, whom he fondly called the brave girl , so for today's meeting she had been preparing since the day she joined her job also to make a mark she took special care of her appearance as well remembering her father's words 'riya be sure to dressup really well for the meeting cause the crowd notices your appearance more than your speech' so when her chance came, she confidently walked towards the podium and began 

"The core behind today's idea is LVMH's desire to get a strong base in Asia as well as it does in Europe and America for covering up the virus related losses and fighting its after effect , so as we all know man is a social animal he loves his family but there will always be a longing to go out of their home and meet new people in their heart , which currently is not possible due to the social distancing measures applicable worldwide , and these measures have had the most severe effect on artists, players and all those entities that had performing in front of masses or in stadiums as a major part of their profession, so we bring forward an idea of building a unique stadium in South Korea , that has seats enclosed in glass domes moving at a slow pace in circular motion ,arranged in manner of a lotus flower petals , presenting to you the stadium named "LOTOS DOLINA", I request the architecture team and the finance team to please come and explain the working , technicalities and the financing of the same.

Then the teams came and explained the technical stuffs , it was quite a magnificent idea , something really futuristic and safe for people and also something that gave them the same or should i saw a much better stadium experience.

After them riya continued again , " the stadium is named lotos dolina which is the serbian name for lotus valley because like the petals of an open lotus the domes will not overlap each other and and the shape of the stadium will look like that of a valley , also now the most important reason , why South Korea? reasons are 1) its currently in quite bad shape so the labor and land will be acquired easily, 2) got a good amount of rich asian community and lvmh customers living there , 3) unemployed literates in masses, 4) partyloving and enthusiastic population, and 5) the most important one it got established entertainment companies system , so without hassle we just have to acquire one of the biggest companies and along with it will come all its assets , that can be used for lvmh to enter 2 areas simultaneously in asia , thats infrastructure by stadiums and entertainment by the co. acquiring also those assets can be used either specifically for endorsing lvmh products in asia , or for our fashion weeks , or they can be rented to others as well thus i will conclude it by saying that South Korea has the potential to become another LVMH Land like France ,so thats it from my presentation, i am open to questions now" after this riya stood by the podium waiting for the results and questions and to her surprise there was a huge applause in the hall, everyone liked the idea quite much but some had questions as well so 1st began the ceo himself " miss riya , since you have planned this so well , you may have an entertainment company in your mind ?" to which riya replied " i do sir , when i evaluated the assets of the biggest entertainment companies over there , i concluded that Big Hit is the best option , their assets are more popular globally than any other companies's assets are." 

till this point everything was going fabulous but then riya's direct superior Janice Chua spoke up , now about janice , she isn't a bad person here , just a little bit jealous cause it took her 10 years to reach the position where riya is right now , while riya took just 2 so , janice said " mr. ceo as this young child's direct superior , i am a bit scared ! , the reason being we in lvmh treat clients and partners as gods, those assets that she repeatedly mentioned are actually globally loved stars and celebrities , if she doesn't have respect for them , how will she even work with them , afterall lvmh is at this position because we don't just value products , we value relations" this lecture was enough to doom riya , the result announced was this "the idea will executed , the stadium plans will be executed by Delphine Arnault since the stadium marks an important footstep of LVMH's entrance in Asia, it should be done by those with significant experience , but along with the name of the stadium , before A lvmh product , miss riya's name is to be mentioned , also miss riya will be granted a special promotion after 2 years of working along with the new acquired firm under the guidance of mrs. janice chua"

Later that day in the cafeteria , riya was blankly staring at her drip coffee , her body cold enough as if the soul left it and eyes red enough as if will through out lava , at that time her best friend jean arnault came , here is another sad story , this guy is the 5th son of the ceo mr bernard arnault , and despite being capable and intelligent enough to handle a top position in LA he is here in Paris because , 2 years and some months back when he 1st saw riya , he was curious about her , so for the next 2 years he did everything she was interested in from learning ballet to guitars to stock market and what not , so they began talking , without riya knowing his background , and to everyone's shock she still doesn't know, she just is not interested in knowing , he somehow became the only person in france she abides into , so seeing her so sad  he took her to his car and as soon as they got settled , riya's tears and frustration burst out saying " what a bitch , what did i do to her? is it my mistake she got a bird's brain , of course i know they are respected people but currently to us they are significant assets so i said so " to this jean replied , i get it riya but the company has some rules to follow , they just can't promote someone before 2 years also handling such a huge project to a newbie , don't you think its risky?" at this riya nodded but she still wasn't liking the fact that she would be working under janice for 2 more years.

2 months later 

These 2 months were hell for riya , janice was a total credit thief  and was harsh with her employees even in public , so after 2 months one fine night janice calls riya and says                           " congratulate me miss riya, i was successful in acquiring the big hit entertainment, now your work begins , for the next 2 years you will work as a lvmh representative in bighit , act as the manager for their biggest asset and their team of helpers BTS , the rest of the company will be managed by someone else , you are the incharge of the costliest asset of the firm , now pack your bags you leave next week"

  This was enough to make riya loose her sleep , that she soon got 2 more attacks 1st from jean a text saying he was leaving for LA for 2 years and another from Maahi her room mate saying she was leaving everything and going back to India to get married , so her only hopes that she thought could accompany her to the new world she was about to face had already left her sides .

i feel its a bit long chapter according to my standards and it got some boring business stuffs as well but then as i mentioned its work thats what riya is practically made of currently , so now lets see how here life goes ahead , cya soon with another chapter of this beautiful journey!!!
