What Changed!!!!

the day jimin announced that he began dating suah, i felt like maybe i should also take my chances and propose to riya, its been quite some months now since i began liking her. later that night , rm called all of us members to our dorm lobby, he calmed the irritated makne jk who hated being woken up from his sleep , and then announced " i like riya, and i wish to propose her, will you guys help?" this took all the members by surprise , jhope happily said" i knew something will happen between you 2, i always loved your chemistry !" , then v said " i liked jin hyung and riya together , but yeah riya and rm also make a wonderful couple." 

i was still in shock and then i said looking straight at rm, " i like her too, for quite some time now"  taking everyone in the room by shock, then i continued " listen man , she is a kind of girl everyone dreams about, there may be many other than us as well who may desire her , why don't we leave this choice on her?" at this jimin stood up and said " but hyung she too.." before he could complete rm cut him and said " hyung, i am sorry , i really didn't know about your feelings, but please trust me what i feel for riya is totally mutual, we both like each other."

i just was not ready to believe it so i said " look man , we are not teenagers to fight over a girl, we are matured men, all i am asking you is some time, just give me 15 days, in 15 days either mine or your feelings will end, can you do it?" at this rm looked quite frustrated unable to answer anything then jimin burst out " hyung ! riya likes him enough to sleep with him!" this took everyone of us by shock, and i felt as if the whole building collapsed on me, i stood there dumbstruck , i knew how naive and innocent she was in these matters, for one moment i was doubting if rm influenced her into it, listening to this i surely wanted those 15 days so i said staring at rm " i want 15 days " in quite a commanding tone, he looked at me in disbelieve but then agreed. 

From the very next day i tried spending all of my time with riya, where ever she went, i could see her steal glances at rm , feel sad then talk happily to me , it continued for a whole week , she constantly checked on her phone as if waiting for a call, she was deviated from her work, by the end of the week , seeing her this way, i booked 2 movie tickets in a private movie hall to boost her up, i was a romantic comedy, everything went fine till the intermission, i went out to get her some popcorn and soda , surprised to see her crying when i returned , then she said " oppa! can i share something with you?" i , completely surprised , just nodded, then she began " i like rm, quite much, enough to sleep with him, i just hinted him that i was old school and wanted a nice proposal from him, i don't think he understood it, i am willing to tell him but i don't know how to, i feel as if my 1st night with him will just end up as a hookup , nothing else, i feel so pathetic, he isn't even looking at me these days!" then she began wailing just like a young child, seeing her this way it broke my heart, more so because i knew i was the reason behind this condition of her's , so then i finally asked her ,

 " what am i to you riya?" at this she looked confused and said " oppa! why do you even have to ask this? you are my knight, always there for me to help, care and protect, to be honest oppa , i was always jealous of my friends who had older brothers, seeing how fondly they treated their sisters, but since i met you , i felt i gained the brother i never had " saying this she genuinely smiled , this made me think what the hell was wrong with me ?, she never indicated any other thing to me except what a younger sister would do, she was always looking up to me how a younger sister would, why the fuck did i interpret it so badly? and because of this i even hurt rm and caused awkwardness in the group, 

thinking all about this, we got out of the cinema hall, i dropped her at her flat and then rushed towards my dorm, seeing a flustered rm sitting on the couch, seeing me he got up and was about to leave when i grabbed his hand and said " yaah man! look at you , stealing eyes from me after sleeping with my sister!, listen if she ever cries because of you , this oppa of her's will take care , ok , treat her preciously man! " this made all the members gather in the lobby around us , and then i continued " also , forgive me for misunderstanding mine and her's feelings, go propose to her, she is crying because of you." at this rm gave me a huge hug with tears in his eyes , saying "thankyou hyung!" again and again, i too hugged him back , repenting for what i did and then everyone around us came in and hugged us , forming a big group hug, then jhope shouted " mission propose!!" making all of us laugh.
