EXT. CITY STREET- DAY

AS A LIMO IS BEING ESCORTED BY ALONG A BUSY STREET TWO MEN FAKE A CAR ACCIDENT UP AHEAD TO DELAY TRAFFIC. THE TWO MEN THEN GET OUT OF THEIR CARS AND BEGIN TO ARGUE AND THERE IS SOON A MIX OF CHAOS FROM THE DRIVERS AND THE PEOPLE BEHIND THEM. ONE OF THE COPS THEN BREAKS FORMATION TO GO UP TO WHERE THE MEN ARE AND SEE IF HE CAN RESOLVE THE PROBLEM.

[Policeman]
What seems to be the problem?

[Man#1]
I was pulling out and this idiot decided to have a heavy foot!

[Man#2]
I had every right to pull out and you know it!

[Pedestrian]
Move it along!

[Man#1]
How about you shut it?!

[Policeman]
Okay first of all let's move the cars out of the way so that we can get traffic moving.

[Man#1]
My car won't start.

[Policeman]
Well then looks like we're going to have to do things the hard way. Come on help me move this thing.

THE THREE START TO MOVE THE CARS OUT OF THE WAY BUT ONE OF THE MEN PUTS A DEVICE ON THE CAR THAT LOCKS THE WHEELS IN PLACE. INSIDE OF THE LIMO A WOMAN NAMED MRS. REDFIELD KNOCKS ON THE GLASS AND THEN THE DRIVER OPENS IT.

[Driver]
Yes Mrs. Redfield?

[Mrs. Redfield]
What's going on out there?

[Driver]
Well it looks like there has been a wreck. Man those guys cannot get their crap together.

[Terrence]
Mommy when are we going to see daddy?

[Mrs. Redfield]
In a while honey I promise.

[Terrence]

[Mrs. Redfield]
We'll see him when we get to where we're going. Just play your game hun.

[Terrence]

TERRENCE PULLS OUT A GAME AND THEN STARTS TO PLAY IT. MRS. REDFIELD THEN RUBS HIS HEAD IN A LOVING WAY.

[Driver]
Man we're going to be here all day long!

DURING THE TRAFFIC JAM ON BOTH SIDES OF THE STREET SNIPERS SET UP THEIR EQUIPMENT AND THEN PUT HEAD PIECES INTO THEIR EARS. THEY THEN TAKE AIM AT THE LIMO AND AT THE POLICEMEN.

[Sniper#1]
Targets in sight, I repeat targets in sight.

(Over headsets)
Good take out the policemen first and then then the driver. Do not aim for the passengers, a dead hostage is not worth anything.

[Sniper#2]
Affirmative.

THE SNIPERS TAKE AIM AND THEN SHOOT ALL THE POLICEMEN AND KILL THE DRIVER. IN THE BACK SEAT MRS. REDFIELD THEN HOLDS TERRENCE CLOSE AND YELLS OUT OF FEAR.

[Terrence]
Mommy what's going on? What happened to the driver?

[Mrs. Redfield]
Don't worry baby, just be quiet and stay close to me.

PEOPLE AROUND THE LIMO GET OUT OF THEIR CARS AND THEN START RUNNING AWAY. THE POLICEMAN NOTICING THE COMMOTION STOPS TRYING TO MOVE THE CAR AND THEN LOOKS BACK TO SEE THE CAR UNPROTECTED. SEEING THE POLICEMEN ON THE GROUND HE PULLS HIS PISTOL AND THEN STARTS BACK OVER TO WHERE THE LIMO IS WHEN ONE OF THE MEN PULLS OUT A KNIFE AND STABS HIM IN THE BACK KILLING HIM.

[???]
(Over radio)
Have the targets been neutralized?

[Sniper#2]
No casualties have been made. Our main targets are still in the limo.
