Surviving the undead

As I run down the hall I keep trying to find a room. Come on 371, I'm onto 264 I keep running until I found it. I grin and go to open it locked, I stand back and kick the lock. It breaks after the third go and I slide in.

I turn and see a huge bedroom, this is Luke's room. He's word replay in my head.

"Under the bed is a box, grab it and put it into a bag. Then go to the dresser and grab some more firecrackers and the 2 guns next to it."

I do what he says and then he runs into the room.

"I'm so dumb!"

He says angry, he turns to face me.

"What?"

I ask him, he rubs the back of his neck.

"I was caught, I have to find another way to get them off your trail."

"How about.. We have so fun with this."

I smirk at him and he looks worried.

"How about no.."

"Come on you don't even know the plan."

"Fine."

"Well, firecrackers. Pipes, smokey affects and setting off the fire alarms and the water thingies."

"This isn't some prank at school Kat."

"Well, sometimes that the unexpected thing to do."

"Well, if we are gonna die might as well go out in style. She has a microphone in her room. That's how she contacts everyone in the building."

"Holy crap.. You being legit?"

"Yes."

"Let's go."

He opens the door and we start lighting the firecrackers. Then we start running down the hall.

"We have to find the others."

Luke says.

"Let's just get them out of here."

"You sure?"

"You can bail if ya want, I have some unfinished business."

"Well, you know your locket?"

"What about it.."

"She has it, she says it's got something important. Blah, blah, blah. You should grab it while your here."

"Why?"

"You'll find out once you look through the box."

"Ok."

We come to a heavy guarded area. I shoot the pipes and then we run into another part. This was also guarded, I shoot the pipe again. Then we come to a vent.

"Get in!"

Luke yells. I climb in and then he follows. We climb across and get shot at. We get shot at then we come to another door. I get over it but, Luke falls through.

"Well, well. What do we have here."

Brynn says, I go back and aim my gun at her. I shoot her in the leg and she yells in pain. Then one of her guards shot me in the chest. I fall out and Jake caught me. My eyes blur and the noises get fuzzy.

"J-jak-e."

I say and he's eye filled with sorrow. Then pulls out a gun and the last thing I hear is a loud gun shot.
