"Your request for a playground on the castle grounds is denied!" Escargoon stated smugly, denying the kids bringing some kind joy in his day.

"Why!?" Tiff yelled, angered by his ruling.

"What's wrong with seesaws and jungle gyms!?" Tuff screamed, siding with his sister angered by the whole thing.

"Nothing, I just love turning you down!" The snail responded, his tone laced with amusement. "I'm in charge!~" He began to dance, his arms becoming waves as he spoke.

"We won't forget this! Next time you ask us a favor, you'll be sorry!" Tuff growled, his tone getting more aggressive by the second.

"Me? Ask you for a favor? Heh heh he! Never in a million years, raisin brain!" The snail shouted, enjoying himself as the kids suffered.

"Excuse me..."

"Ah! Oh mailman!" Escargoon jumps in surprise.

"Not much today, just the usual love letter..." He responded, monotone as always.

"ARGH! For a guy without a shnaz, you're pretty nosey!" The male grumbled, a blush coating his face as he snatched the letter, swiftly. "Uhh..." The snail moaned, opening the envelope.

"Escargoon gets love letters?~" Tiff questioned in a slightly teasing tone.

"But I thought the only stuff that crook got was hate mail!" Tuff responded, equally as confused.

"Poyo?"

"How would you guys like to do me a tensy weensy favor..?" Escargoon mumbed balling the paper up in his fists, slightly.

"Huh?"

"You said you would never ask us for our help!" Tuff responded, annoyed at the irony.

"Uh ho ho ho ho.... Oh please! I'm begging you guys! Just look at the improbability! It's for a very special person!" The snail begged, walking toward the group, with tears running down his face.

"Uh..? Who's so special to ya?" Tiff wondered out loud..

"I-It's my, It's my- It's my mommy!!"

"Wait...? What!?" Y/N shouted, almost slamming the door on Tiff's face out of impulse..

"Ugh... Escargoon needs to be king for the day to show his mother, and we have asked you to be his queen! He mentioned you as his queen in his letters, so we need you!" Tiff replied, tapping her foot in anticipation.

"No? Why in the world would I agree to that!? I have other things to do!" The female grumbled, glaring at the child who disturbed her.

"No you don't! You sit in your house all day, doing nothing!" Tiff yelled back, her eyes narrowing.

"Whatever! It's still better than being a queen to that rook! Even for a day!" The girl argued back, slamming the door in the girls face..

"Hmp...What can I do to convince her..?" The girl muttered, her eyes closing.. Then she got an idea.. Her eyes widening with glee. "If you do it, I'll get you a date with Meta Knight!~" Tiff cooed, calling to her through the door.

Y/N instantly threw the door open, her face as red as it gets. Tiff was the only one in Dreamland who knew about her crush on the stoic knight.. "Oh my goodness, I'll do it- but quiet down! You know how he is.. Always watching.."
