Meta Knight X Reader- Oneshots!

Candy Jar...?

A/N- Hey guys! Devilish here! Welcome back to another one shot!! I hope you enjoy!!

-Y/n Pov- 

I was walking through Cappy Town one early morning, on the hunt for some sweet stuff for an interesting candy I was thinking about making. "Maybe I should put actual candy in my candy..." I thought out loud as the swish of a familiar cape is heard behind me. I turn around and give the puffball a smile, "Hello, Meta Knight!" I chant as he looks up at me. His eyes swirl with confusion as he gives me a curious glance.

"What are you doing out here... So early? You usually appear to wake up around the afternoon.." The male questioned wrapping himself in his warm cloak.

"I'm making something for a few friends of mine, Wanna tag along?" I asked ignoring the comment about my sleep schedule. I began to walk towards the market, which was surprisingly open.

"I'm not too busy at the moment. So why not... Where are we going, Miss?" The puffball questioned as he caught up to the female.

"Hey, Meta? What's the best type of candy?" I ask out of curiosity, 'Does he even eat candy?' I ask myself with a curious look upon my face. The male turns away from me, a smile hidden under his mask.

"I love sweets in general.. Hard and soft, it doesn't matter to me.. But I personally prefer taffy and chocolate like candy.." The smaller male states making sure not to look me in the eyes, I chuckle at the attempt as he glances over at me.

"Well, Meta you didn't really answer my question, but at least I know what you like!" I cheerfully reply with a bright smile. I began to walk into the super market  and look around at the different sweet treats and candy's.  Apparently Meta Knight left when I walked into the super market... He must have been embarrassed.. 

-Third Person Pov-

As the energetic female was on the hunt for idea's for sweet treats, a certain male was on the search for advice. Meta Knight seeks Tiff, someone who would understand the topic of emotions. "Tiff..." The old star warrior called out to the smaller female. She gasped in surprise as she quickly turned behind her and gave and small smile. 

"Oh, Meta Knight what are you doing here in Wispy Woods?" The female asked wiping the sweat from her forehead onto a small rag.

"Hello.. Tiff..I would.. Like to ask a few questions about feelings..." Meta Knight stated clutching his cape tightly. He knew he couldn't look her in the eye because that would only make his embarrassment worsen. 

"Hm..? A few questions...? Why.. You know a lot more than I do about that kind of stuff, Meta Knight.." Tiff stated her cheeks turning a bright pink as she stood up and dusted herself off.

"Tiff.. I never understood emotions in the first place..." The male stated trying to hide himself in his cape... He wasn't a conversationalist either...

"Meta Knight.. Are you feeling okay? You seem rather feverish..." Tiff asked narrowing her eyes at the old star warrior.

The male didn't answer back.. He just stared at the baby blue sky thinking about a certain female. "Mmmm.." He grumbles and walked away.

"...What was that about?" The female mumbled to herself getting back to work.

-Time skip brought to you by NME-

"Ooo lots of chocolate stuff!" Y/n said to herself throwing it into her basket as well as some other candy. She decided she was going to make a chocolate vanilla swirl candy! She grabbed the last of what she needed before heading back to her small cabin near the castle.

"Ugh finally home!" She smiled to herself and got to work.

She brought out her chocolate molds and poured some heated up milk chocolate into some of them to make the shell. Then she piped vanilla and  chocolate icing into them carefully. She finally put them in the fridge to set. "I hope he will like these.." She mumbles to herself.

"You hope who will like what?"

"GAH!" The female squeaked and turned around attempting to slap whatever just spoke... She utterly missed. She then looked down. "Meta!? You scared me half to death!"

The small male only chuckled. "Well I'm sorry, Miss.. I didn't mean to.."

"How did you even get in my house? My door was locked.." She asked.

Meta Knight coughed... "Well.. You see.. I um.."

The female checked to see her door was chopped to pieces.. She giggled "You're paying for that, and I'm spending the night on your couch." She glared and gently hit him on the head.

"Fine, fine.. Now what we're you speaking of earlyer?" The male asked.

Y/n smiled as a timer went off. "Hold on you'll see!" She winked and walked over to her fridge taking out the cooled candy. "I made these for you!"

Meta Knight blushed... He turned away from the female.. 'Too cute..' The male thought.

"Meta, you okay?" She questioned trying to look at him.

"Yes.." He composed himself and turned around. He picked up one of the candys and lifted up his mask slightly eating one of them. "They are utterly delicious, Miss thank you.."

The male smiled at her and her face went cherry red. "U-Umm no problem, Meta!" She cursed herself for stuttering.

"Now.. Shall we return to the castle?" Meta Knight asked as he held the candy protectively..

"Yes.. Yes we shall!" Y/n stated.

-bonus ending :)-

"Hey, Meta... Did you cut down my door to get me to stay here... On purpose?" Y/n asked cuddling with the male on his couch.

"...yes.." The now flustered male stated.

"I love you, Meta.." Y/n whispered kissing the top of the males head lovingly.

"I love you too, Miss.." Meta Knight mummered snuggling his face into her chest.
