Meta Knight X Reader- Oneshots!

Accidental but sweet!~

Third person POV!

The days were warm as Dreamland had just fallen into summer, the delighted sound of children playing outside was joyous to one's ears. Y/N awoke with a yawn as she noticed the time. "early morning and the kids are already playing outside." She mumbled getting up with a stretch. Y/n lived in a small house near Whispy Woods not too far from Cappy town. The female got ready for the day as she headed out to town to get her weekly shopping done since she was out of her basic necessities. 

As Y/n arrived at the store she noticed a certain masked trio of knights walking around the store. "Meta Knight, Blade, and Sword!" She called happily as the trio looked over at the female. Meta Knight chuckled lightly. 

"Ah, Y/n as energetic as ever." the masked male responded as he looked up at her.

"Yeah... I guess, how are you all doing?" Y/n asked with a smile.

The conversation between the two went on as Sword and blade glanced at each other the same mischevious look as always.

"Sword, you know what I'm thinking..?" Blade whispered staring at the two as Sword says something in complete nonsensical gibberish in response. "Sir, Meta Knight?" Blade called out to the smaller male smirking under his mask.

"Yes?" Meta Knight responds not bothering to look back at the duo.

"Sword and I will be back at the castle we need to finish some... work." Blade mumbles as Sword begin to walk ahead, soon followed by Blade.

Meta Knight refocused his gaze on to the female as his eyes flashed dark violet for a split second before turning back to normal. Y/n, of course, noticed this small detail, confusing the female. 

"Hey, Meta Knight why did your eyes flash dark purple?" Y/n questioned cocking her head to the side like a confused puppy. The male found this quite adorable and shifted his gaze to the side, his eyes flashing a slightly darker shade of purple once more. 

"It's an emotion of mine, dear" Meta Knight mumbled as he clenched his cape tightly, starting to sweat. 

"Oh... Well, what emotion does it represent?" Y/n questioned yet again her face turning slightly pink because of the new nickname.

"You will find out soon enough," The male responded as he began to walk away.

"Oh... Alright bye, Meta!" Y/n mumbled as she let out a sigh. The female paid for what she bought as she began her trek back home. When she arrived at her door she noticed an envelope, she opened and it read, 

'Meet me at Castle DDD at 12:30 sharp, my dear

~Meta Knight~'

Y/n squeaked in shock as her face turned into a Metamato in pure milliseconds...  The female ran inside her home and realized the time was nowhere near. "Oh, my Nova... I thought I would have to rush..." Y/n mumbled as she walked to the bathroom.

As the time drew weary, Y/n put on (Favorite/Outfit) with some light touches of makeup. However, the female walked out the door at the wrong moment in time... Meta Knight was also walking to her place to find out if she was going to be attending. The male walked over to her door and was about to knock when the door flew open and Y/n came falling out. The two crashed into each other... Y/n was kissing the males mask... "OH M-MY!" The female screeched as she got up and on her knees in front of the shocked Meta Knight. "I apologize! I didn't mean to.. I'm sorry!" Y/n ranted bowing violently at the male.

"It is quite fine, my dear... I am only here to ask if you will be attending.." The male mumbled as he turned his gaze away, his eyes were purple. 

"Yes... Of course! Thank you, Meta Knight!!" Y/n went for a hug. But unfortunately, Meta Knight's mask unclipped at the wrong moment... His face now exposed... Y/n and Meta Knight kissed. 

The female opened her eyes to see Meta Knight and herself kissing, Meta Knight stared back equally as shocked.

"D-Did we just--" Y/n started.

"Oh, my Nova we just did! I apologize I should have tightened my mask before I left!" The male explained, his now silver eyes wide and full of worry... He has emotions like everyone else...

"I-Its alright we all make mistakes... We should head to the castle b-before it gets too late." Y/n mumbled her face heating up at the quite adorable display of concern from the maskless knight. 'He's just a little blue puffball like Kirby but with a much more alluring accent.' Y/n thought as she twiddled her thumbs in anticipation.

"Yes... Let us head out" The male concluded putting his mask back on carefully, making sure to tighten it this time. 

The two arrive at the castle where Meta Knight takes the female to the room the knights share. The duo arrives at the balcony where a meteor shower has begun. "Meta Knight... This is beautiful.." Y/n mumbled in awe as she glanced over at the male... He had already removed his mask as he stared up at the display. He then looked at the female with a smile that could melt the coldest of hearts.

"Not as beautiful as you, my dear." Meta Knight then kissed the female passionately the two of them melted into the kiss. Wolf whistles were heard as Sword and Blade gave a high five to each other for their work.
