I come to able to see every thing in the room including the very pretty lady sitting next to me.
"Ola como estas Angel, mis nombres Maria de la Cruz."
"Mami?" I ask remembering Carlile saying that name.
"Si Angel su derecho."
"Can you speak English?"
"Yes, I wasn't shore if you could yet though so I went with what I was told you like more." She laughs at herself.
"Your not human." I say looking at her again.
"No I'm not but how'd you know that?"
"Your eyes."
"Well your not completely right about that, I'm half human."
"That's lame, you can die then."
"No I'm still immortal but I can eat human food and I can bleed.
"So I'm only one third vampire that is so not cool.
"No your one third human that's great."
"What but daddy's human not vampire right?"
"Sorry no his gift lets him seem human but he's not."
"And this is legal?"
"Yes because you do age."
"So what's your gift?"
"I can take the gifts of others, both from the vampire for ever and just adding it to my collection with out taking it away from them."
"Cool can I do that?"
"Yes, but you can also change you age and still be a vampire, so your can seem like and immortal child if you want."
"Sweet, I'm gonna terrify daddy watch." I jumps off the cot and visualize me at 3 with my ratting out blanket around my neck.
"Oh my god your so cute!" Mommy say trying to pick me up but I run out the room.
"Haha your really slow." I giggle running from he and right into daddy.
"Hi!" I giggle as mommy throws me on her hip.
"What in the heck, you figured your gift out didn't you?"
"Si papa."
"You like it?"
"Si, si, si!"
"So you speak Spanish when you feel strong emotions? Mommy asks me spinning my string in her fingers.
"Yes."
"This has been through the ringer since I was a kid." She says playing with the string.
"So you gave the thing to her huh?" Daddy asks interested.
"Yes I did she seems to have abused it though."
"No that's from going everywhere with it."
"Awe, that's adorable!"
