He came home, panicking. He didn't know why, usually he wouldn't care about humans and their emotions. But Zak, he was different, he truly loved the boy, so he couldn't live with himself if he knew he hurt him.
"Oh Dave, how was laser tag?"- His mom asked him as he walked through the door.
"It was fine mom."- He rushed up to his room.
Dave's phone rang, and he was quick to pick it up, because it was Zak.
"Hey-"
"Did everything go ok? Are you ok?"- Dave interrupted him.
"Yes it's fine Dave, my parents still love me."- He could hear Zaks' smile through the phone.
"Oh, thank god."- Dave sighed in relief.
"Actually, I have a question."- Zak sounded nervous.
"Sure, what's up?"- Dave waited for him to continue.
"What are we? Like are we friends or...? It's fine if you just want to be friends I just..."- Zak was unsure of how to continue.
"I- well... do you want to be my boyfriend?"- Dave asked also unsure.
"I- yes."- Zak blurred it out.
"Well, I guess it's sealed then, from now on we are dating."- Dave giggled.
"Great, because my parents want you over for dinner."- Zak said.
"WHAT???"- Dave had to impress HUMANS?
"You could decline the offe-"
"No, tell them I'll be there."- Dave wanted to make Zak happy.
"Ok then, Tomorrow at 8."- Zak smiled.
"Got it, bye I love you."- Dave said.
"I love you two."- Zak hung up.
That was the best Friday ever.
