Chang bin bit his lower lip and closed his eyes as Mrs. Park slid down the paper on his respected desk. He opened his eyes as he held the paper in his hands and looked at the corner at the top to see how much he scored. A small smile made it's way towards his lips as he saw how much he scored, he had stayed up all night to study for the test because he didn't want to have bad grades. He liked it, he liked getting good grades back, he liked to study. This was a big test, Chang bin wasn't able to study before because he would always be hanging out with friends and usually arrive at midnight or even late. He only had one night to study for this test and he studied hard. Looking at the test result, it seemed like his hard work paid off.

"Man I swear Mrs. Park holds a grudge against me". Chang bin turned to the back, to see Ji young groaning as he buried his face in his arms which were crossed together. Chae young, who was sitting besides Ji young rolled her eyes, snatching the paper from the groaning boy besides him and chuckled. "You scores are worse than the last ones". She said before turning the paper towards Chang bin's direction so that he could have a look too.

"You say that as if your's any better". Ji young said after he snatched Chae young's test and looked at it. "13 out of 40". He pointed out loud, Chang bin couldn't help but feel bad for both of his friends since he knew this test was a bit important and how Mrs. Park would treat her students according to their test results. But it seemed like they didn't care about their marks themselves. "They're better than yours". She snatched back her test from his hand, smacking the taller boy's head, who groaned in pain and stuck his tongue. Chae young ignored him and turned to their new friend who was sitting at the seat in front of them. "What about you Seo? How much did you score?" Chang bin gulped as he looked down, biting his lower lip, he didn't know how to answer that question.
If he told them his real marks, they would call him a nerd and make fun of him, just like they did. He didn't want to lose his friends, he didn't want to be left out and be mad fun of. He masked his real face and shrugged, deciding to hide what he was thinking and what he scored
"Same as Ji young". He slowly hid the test in his desk, giving them a weak smile. Chae young and Ji young shared a look with each other and shrugged, looking back at Chang bin. "It's just a stupid ass test, forget about it. How about we hang out after school at the arcade? To forget about these miserable test marks of ours?" Ji young suggested, turning to both Chae young and Chang bin. The girl nodded with a shrug. "I'm up since I have no plans and I'm sure the other's are up for it too". Chang bin gulped yet again as he remembered that he had a big pile of homework that he had to complete, but like always he said 'yes', ignoring all the homework that was piling on his study table everyday. He just didn't know how to say 'no' to his friends. It's just that people were finally letting him hang out with them and actually found him cool, even though he had to pretend to be someone he wasn't, a person he hated to be but these people were cool and we're friends with him, so how could he say no?
"Me too". And with that the class ended, and the three of them walked out of the class room. Chang bin took out the test paper from his desk and shoved it in the pocket of his school uniform's jeans, before any of his friends could see. They met up with the other three friends at the school's entrance as school was now over. Ki hyuck wrapped his arm around Chang bin's shoulder as he listened to Ji young who was asking them the three friends if they were up to go to the arcade with them, Luckily they all were free and decided to head out. Ki hyuck let go of Chang bin's shoulder as he started to walk with So jong, talking about some game, leaving Chang bin to walk with Ae Rum and Chae young who were talking about some random girl who had posted a photo on her Instagram.
Chang bin felt someone bump him on the shoulder as they walked, causing him to stumble a bit buy luckily he didn't lose his balance. The strong smell of cigarette made it's way towards his nose, Chang bin's eyes furrowed as he turned to where the person who had bumped him, walked without an apology. He didn't get the chance to see his face since the person had their back turned towards Chang bin, all he could see was that it was a boy with blonde hair and the smoke that was leaving his mouth and was spreading in the air.
Chang bin didn't realize that he had stopped walking until he heard So jong calling out his name. He turned to where his friends were standing, and walked towards them before sparing a glance towards the boy who had bumped him.
