Chang bin sighed as he made his way out of his Mathematics class. His sleeping schedule was a mess, only getting three or four hours of sleep wasn't enough for him. Lately he had been arriving home at two or three in the morning since his friends would always ask him if he wanted to hang out with them but mostly they would go to parties or some local club. So jong had made him a fake ID, he had a few sources and all their friends had fake IDs so getting in the club was no problem. Luckily today his friends didn't make any plans so he could finally catch up with all the sleep he skipped. He was glad his friends didn't make any plans for today because he knew if they did they would ask him if he wanted to join them and Chang bin also knew that he could never bring himself to say 'no' to them.
Walking out of his classroom with Ae rum and Ji young, they spotted So jong, Ki hyuck and Chae young in the hallway near their lockers. They greeted them and soon all of them were on their way to their next class. Walking together, since all of them had their classes in the same direction and the second floor, they climbed up the stairs as they continued chatting, laughing a bit as they talked about something funny. Chang bin found himself walking next to Chae young as he quietly listened to the two girls as they chatted. He was never big of a talker, he liked to listen instead of talking. But sometimes he had to force and push himself to talk because he didn't want to come out as a boring person, No one liked a boring person or someone who doesn't walk much. Everyone was a fan of gossip, everyone except . Sometimes late at night he would find himself on Google, searching on 'how to start a conversation', going on websites like 'conversation starters' and watching some videos on youtube on how to keep up a conversation, another thing that kept him up late night.
Ki hyuck scoffed which brought Chang bin's attention, he noticed they all had stopped walking and were standing near the windows. He looked at his friends, who had their arms crossed on their chest as they stared, more like glared at the same direction. The familiar disgusting smell of smoke got inhaled by Chang bin, making him turn to see two boys sitting at the window in the corner of the hallway, as they talked to each other. "Well if it isn't the infamous faggots". Chang bin's eyes widened as he heard Ki hyuck, he stared at his taller friend who was sending dead glares at the two boys. Chang bin turned his attention towards the two boys. One of the two boys stood up from his spot. He was tall, like a few centimetres taller than Chang bin. His skin was pale white, his messy hair were blond and styled in a way his forehead was revealed. His school uniform was a bit messy, Tie was loosen, ears were pierced and on top of that he had his eyebrow pierced too.
Chang bin watched the way his friend continued to glare at the unfamiliar blond boy, who was busy taking something out of his pocket. Students started whispering and summon up in the hallway. There were much students since classes had already started but there were still a few. Chang bin gulped as he continued watching the blonde boy who finally fished out a box of cigarettes and a lighter. Everyone continued watching as he took out a cigarette from the box, placed midway in his lips and lit it with the lighter. Everyone held their breaths as they watched the boy inhale the toxic smoke, taking out the cigarette from his mouth with his fingers. Chang bin's eyes widened and everyone else gasped as they saw how the blond boy blow the huff of smoke on Ki hyuck's face. Ki hyuck coughed, shooting another glare at the boy who had a dirty smirk on his lips. "Fucking son of a bitch". Ki hyuck spatted another insult on the boy who shrug it off, like it didn't effect him, even a little.
"You act like you're any better".
His voice was deep, too deep, probably the deepest voice Chang bin ever heard in his life. It was the only thing he said before walking away. They all watched him walk away. Chang bin furrowed his eyes as he saw the boy walk away, his scene felt familiar. Chang bin's eyes widened a little bit as he realized that this was the boy who had bumped into him last week at the end of the day, he was smoking back then too.
The blond boy's friend, who was still sitting by the window finally got up. Chang bin averted his eyes to him. He had jet black hair and he was taller than Ki hyuck and his own friend. His appearance was a little similar to his blond friend, instead of having a eyebrow piercing, he had a lip piercing. Chang bin noticed his lip ring. He pushed back his hair as he sighed before turning to face Ki hyuck and his friends, sparing a glance on the six friends, including Chang bin, who was standing at the corner, besides Ji young. "Y'all should really get a life". Was all the black haired boy had said before he walked out. Chang bin watched as the boy's figure got smaller and smaller and soon he disappeared. Chang bin watched as So jong placed a hand on a furious Ki hyuck who was gritting his teeth, before he angrily walked away. Chang bin tried to process everything in his mind and he only came up with one thing.
