Chapter 10

Knock knock

I then heard my door opening and closing , I couldn't see anything since my back was facing the door.

"Chloe...."

A tear fell from my eyes again and I immediately got out of bed and flung myself at my sister.

"You're okay!! I'm so happy"

I hugged her tightly and cried on her shoulder while she rubbed my back.

"I--I-I'm s- so sorry, sis"

"What are you saying sorry for? You did nothing wrong."

I wiped my tears and slowly let go from the hug then looked at her.

I cupped both of her cheeks with my hands and managed to smile.

"They didn't do anything to you right?"

I asked a bit worried.

"No. Actually, I know one of them and he's my friend."

She replied with a smile and as she did Dominic stepped inside my room and I immediately glared at him but he just gave me an apologetic face and bowed.

I immediately stood up , leaving my sister. I immediately grabbed him by the collar gathering all the strength i have to force him to look at me in the face despite being taller than me.

"What did you do to my sister!!!!??"

I yelled in his face and glared at him.

"No, sister..." she tugged my shirt which surprised me.

"He didn't do anything... He really is my friend."

By that another figure stepped in and it was the little kid in the park .

"Can't you chill out and just listen for a while?"

The little kid's word surprised me. He was acting so mature and shit, like he was a grown up....

I mean, he is younger than my little sister.

He's an 8 years old right?

I let go of  dominic and looked at the kid now standing beside me and dominic.

Dominic fixes his tie and goes over to my sister and stands by her. "That's better..." he narrowed his eyes at me and his eyes seems to change color for a second there.

Was that just my eyes playing tricks on me?

He pointed to the bed "Sit over there" he said demandingly.

I make my way to my bed and sat down with the 3 of them infront of me.

What the hell am I doing? I can't believe I immediately listened to this kids demand without even thinking about it.

The little kid walks towards me and grabs my chair from my study table and placed it infront of me.

He sat down and looked at me straight in the eye.

"Can you leave the 2 of us alone?" His tone serious and demanding without looking back at them , his violet eyes staring down at my brown ones.

Dominic and chloe headed towards the door and got out closing the door behind them.
