"What are we bloody doing?! We should be looking for her, trying to help her!" Charlie spoke, he'd finally gotten some time of from the dragon reserve, and could spend time with his family after so long.

"How are we supposed..." the order member didn't get to finish as two bound persons stepped forward or rather were pushed forward. "Why you all so sad, who died?" An all to familiar voice came from behind the Lestrange brothers.

3.pov

"HERMIONE/MIA/MIONE" everyone yelled as they figured it was her.

"Well, here's two death eaters, who have a cell in Azkaban waiting for them. So Kingsley and Moody do me a favour and take them with you, they put up quite a fight." She levitated them towards the Aurors. It was first then that everyone notices how few injuries she'd gotten from the confrontation while the Lestrange brothers were both covered in bruises from head to toe.

"Well, this was entertaining but I have something to do so let's go, Tonks, Remus" The trio left. and reappeared outside the old order headquarter which no one had used since the death of the Black heir.

"Cub, are you sure we'll be able to get in without a black heir? We might need Harry, cause he's the heir." Remus asked a bit nervous about the situation.

"Don't worry, I've got that covered," Hermione said as she moved towards the door and opened it. Hermione had offered the duo to stay but knew they probably wouldn't be comfortable there so, they arranged to meet in a few days if nothing a had come up before.

The research begins

The black households library could rival the biggest wizarding book shops, both dark and light, It could even rival the Hogwarts library as here was editions and books, which went back a long long time and all the books were taken good care of. Hermione had decided to take up residence in the library.

She had started out light but soon found that maybe she should go a bit darker. "Would Mistress like some beverage or nourishment?" Kreacher asked the new heir to the black household.

////// Two days of reading books until finally the morning of the third////

"Kreacher do you know anything about the veil in the Department of Mysteries?" The brightest witch of her age had almost given up until an idea had popped in her head it was said that even though house-elves were treated hurried they were still clever creatures, who cloud rival the goblins at Gringotts bank in intellect.

"Yes, mistress, but it depends on the situation. A few centuries back the black heir lost his loved one to the veil, and their love brought her back. The veil bonded them because the were soulmates. Many who tried after, died trying because they weren't soulmates." That was the only way to bring someone back, if the right person brought him or her back, they would live again, bonded with their soulmate.

//////// Later the same day - Remus and Tonks arrive ////////

Hermione's POV

"Hello, Remus and Tonks, well, good news, I know how to bring him back, so, let's go." I didn't know if I should tell them the consequence if I wasn't the right person to bring him back. But I had to try after everything he'd done for me.

*Flash back*

I couldn't believe this was happening, my parents had gone on holiday and I had to stay home, well that's what I wanted, but I really didn't think they were serious about still going. Leaving me alone in our house. There were still two one and a half month till Hogwarts started again, and after the horrifying events which happened during the last competition, a fellow student getting killed. That might have made a little strange to say the least, I knew I was grieving but just how I was going to grieve alone was still undecided.
