David sat in the Cabinet Room, a large room with a wooden oval table and multiple chairs surrounding it, an almost exact replica of the Cabinet Room that had been in Washington DC, before the Original Earth was obliterated, that is. Sitting on the opposite side of the table were three people. The first was the Minister for Attack, a survivor from the destruction of David's home. The second was the Minister for Defence, another survivor, and the last was the newly-appointed Minister for Health. The Minister for Attack, a man who was called Magnar Great, was arguing with the man next to him, the Minister for Defence, whose name was Alexander Fire. "You don't get it!" The Minister for Defence said heatedly, "You can't just blow things to pieces when they don't agree with us! I saw your report from last year!" The Minister for Attack shook his head and retorted, "They declined to vote for our Emperor. They were the ones who said we were stupid to think our Empire was going to last, I did what I did to protect us!"

"You blew their ship to pieces and killed them all!" The Minister of Defence shouted, his eyebrows arched in anger, and David couldn't help but quietly chuckle. The Minister for Health, a woman called Valerie Clue, suddenly raised her fist, slamming it onto the table and loudly saying, "Would you two sod off each other?" David let out an audible chuckle, leaned forwards, and said, "I would rather appreciate if you did not engage so suddenly, Mrs Clue, considering that this table is actually the original from the Cabinet Room. I am also heavily agreeing with your exasperation with these two." The Minister for Health bowed her head, and then David put both his hands flat on the table. "Look, this meeting is to establish a proper base for three of the most important Sectors here. Health, Defence and Attack. We're all meant to be working together, so enough sniping at each other. Let's return to business." The Ministers exchanged glances at each other, and then returned their stares to David, who hoped he was doing his job correctly.

"Alright, first we need to arrange some sort of police system," David said, and the Minister for Defence immediately said, "We already have one, called the Security Sector. They're out in the field today, from what I heard, with a new guy called William and a new girl called Jennifer." David's mouth fell open, and he slapped a hand to his own forehead. "Is something wrong?" the Minister for Health asked, and David slowly nodded. "I assigned Jennifer to the Security team, and William went with her as protection. I didn't know the Security Sector was the full police sector!" The Minister for Attack slowly shook his head, and then flicked quickly through his files. "I have someone who hacks into your system to check for bugs and also send me recent updates on everything happening. I have the Security Team file here, for their mission today." David sighed, and nodded, "Let's hear the worst of it then," he murmured. The Minister for Attack opened the file, and his eyebrows almost instantly shot up.

"What's wrong?" David asked, feeling uneasy, and the Minister for Attack dropped the file onto the table. "They're in the Danger Forest. We haven't even explored eighty percent of this planet, so the unexplored forest closest to us is called the Danger Forest. According to this, they went to go and investigate reports of Destroyers along the Western Gate, and then the truck was attacked, everyone got out alive, and I think a few are on their way back." David put his hands together, lost in thought, and then he slowly put his fingertips onto the table. "Any fatalities?" David asked, and the Minister for Attack nodded, not even bothering checking the file. "The driver. Pieces of him were found along the border of the Dark Forest, his hand being the only thing that originally remained inside the truck. Three are confirmed. Two recruits, therefore we don't have their names as of yet, and the last is a man called Ethan. One girl is also confirmed, her stomach ripped open, and finally, there is one possibility for a girl called Vanessa."

David looked out the window behind him and saw Terrell working at his desk, fingers darting over the keyboard. Terrell looked up, perhaps to check on David, and marched in when he realized David was staring. "Would it be considered immoral to send members of our slowly-forming Reserve Army to the Dark Forest in order to extract survivors?" David asked, and Terrell quickly shook his head. "No sir. If anything it would appear noble, sending in the Reserve Army to rescue a couple of survivors." David nodded his thanks, and then picked the file off the table, "What are they up against?" he asked, unable to find an answer within the file, and the Minister for Attack shrugged, pulling his phone from his pocket and scrolling through its data. "Oh please, if you are able to find the information on your phone, anyone can find out," David said, and the Minister for Attack looked at him coldly. David's phone suddenly buzzed in his pocket, and he withdrew it, opening the message and staring open mouth. "My hacker found the information," The Minister for Attack said.
