"Lunch is ready" I heard mom shouting from the kitchen with that I heard many footsteps.
I was sitting with Karan in his room. We were having some trying to be a serious conversation.
"Let's go, I am hungry," That dumbass said
"Well yeah let's go" I replied
We sat on the table and mom brought the lunch. Me and Karan helped her.
"Wow! I love you, grandma!"Hyojin said
Mom and Dad were busy feeding Hyojin. To be honest I felt a little jealous of the attention she was getting but I was surely happy for her.
We were done with our lunch and as usual, mom cooked amazing food.
"Its time for my nap! I sleepy Mumma!" Hyojin came to me and said while hugging me.
"Okay!go sleep in my room. I'll be there in a while" I said while rubbing her head and kissing on her forehead. I gave her a said hug and she went upstairs.
I stood up and kept my dishes in the kitchen. I was about to leave when dad said
"We need to talk. It's important so you please sit down again" without making any eye contact. He was back in his I will not forgive you mood.
"Ohh so he is back!"I thought
"But what he wants to talk about...how my life or if I am married to that dumbass cause we definitely look like or what" this monologue kept on going on my head and we again said
"Will you sit...please" but this time he looked at me and for some reason he didn't have that anger in his eyes anymore.
He looked at me with some amount of love and affection.
I sat in front of him. Karan was sitting next to me and mom was sitting next to dad.
"So I'll come straight to the point. I am sorry for what I did 5 years ago. I am really sorry my daughter. But now after seeing her(Hyojin) I need her in my life. I need my granddaughter. Please stay here." he said with tears in his eyes
"What- did I don't- how" I tried to speak but I was so startled of what he just said
"Kyong, these 5 years were really difficult for us. We both regretted our decision of letting you go. He was in anger that's why he said about that abortion thing. We are really sorry sweetheart but please forgive us" mom continued
"I think you should give them one chance, "Karan said
I saw dad tearing up and then he said
"I am sorry kyong but please stay here"
"But dad, My everything is there. My job..my life everything" I replied
"Don't worry about the job. I told you about our ties with Bighit Entertainments. That post is still vacant" Karan snorted
Well, to be honest, I missed them too but I didn't want to stay here and this karan..ughhh I hate him
"We will arrange everything" Karan continued
Seeing mom and dad tearing up and begging me really made me think that I should give this is a chance.
"Okay" I don't why I said that
"Amazing!!! I talk to Mr Kim about school" dad snorted
"And I'll see about your new jobs and your stuffs to get shipped," Karan said while hopping up
All three of them stood up and left the table. I sat there thinking about what just happened. Why did I said yes and they are so fast.
"Well they are fast," I said
