It is starting

The visitors

" Hello? Is anyone home??" a familiar voice said.

" We need help urgently!, Quick their coming for us" another voice said.

I was unsure. Lost. Afraid. Who are these people? Can I trust them? Should I? What if they are those things I saw. Those creatures.

The day before...

I woke up. Must have fallen asleep after eating so much. Oh yea. I heard a knock. I was so stupid. I shouldn't have done that. I opened the door without realising that it could be....be...them. The creatures. Those things with blood dripping of their body. Skin burning and tearing. Hair dropping out. You could even see their skull. The creatures were about to devour me. With my quick reflexes, I grabbed a knife from the counter. Stabbed them to death. Even though to me their already dead. I locked all the doors and windows afterwards. I was to traumatised. I was afraid of them. I never went out or let anyone in afterwards.

Present day:

" Who are you? What do you want?" I timidly said.

" Don't you remember us? I'm Canny and Michael's with me too!" She quickly said.

" Canny?" I was shocked. Wait what did she just say? She's with who?!? Wait no no it can't be ....My crush...Michael sky!

I quickly let them in. They squeezed themselves into my tiny door. I hugged Canny.

"Thank goodness your ok! What made you come here and what happened yesterday?"

"Yesterday? It was 3 days ago! Where have you been? Well never mind. 3 days ago while I was having the sleepover with Theresa, I heard someone screaming in the middle of the night. So I went out with Theresa to see what it was. I saw a shadow of a man turning  into some kind of creature.

"The creatures!" I said.

"Yes those things. Well I was about to run back home when Theresa wanted to check it out. I was too afraid and I ran back home without her. She never came back." Canny said almost tearing up.

" And you. How did you get here?" I bravely said so no one will suspect that I like Michael.

" Well i here just saved Canny's life 2 days ago when she was wandering alone in the street searching for food. This creature thing was about to eat her and I came just in time to stop him." Michael proudly exclaimed.

" Wait. Why then did you guys decide to come here?" I questioned.

" Well we were in no luck of finding food. Everyone else have stolen all the food in town. I remembered you had a big fridge and I decided to come here. I also wanted to check if you were ok."Canny said.

"Haha very funny you just wanted the food didn't you. Never mind about this. Now what should we do? The food is going to run out soon. Without food, we need to find somewhere else to go to. We should be lucky that there is still electricity." I told them.

And so, I fed Michale and Canny. They have not eaten for days and they were very hungry. I was worried about our safety, food and resources . What are we going to do then? Will we be safe by ourselves? Where are their parents? Will we die? I had so many questions...
