What going to happen?

" Omg guys! It's been like only 5 days and our fridge is already empty!" Canny (who thinks she is boss) shouted.

It's been 5 days. 5 days since I saw those creatures. How I wished I could hide under my blanket and this would go all away. I knew I can't hide from reality but like... is there a way to though? Ah forget about that. I had to stay strong.

" Guys we have to accept the fact that we would have to go out to search for food. Even though you guys were not able to find some last time, we still have to try our luck. We should also save other survivors and bring them here to safety. We have to prepare weapons. Now the bad part, not all of us can go search for food together. 1 of us has to stay here alone while the others search for food. This way if the 2 others who searched for food does not make it, there is still a person here who is alive. So, who's going to search for food today?" I asked.

" I can help search for food!" Michael said.

" but Michael, aren't you still tired. I'm exhausted." Canny the lazy and timid said.

I know that I am not as brave as Canny is but I have to search for food. (Furthermore...I get to be alone with my secret crush)

" I'll go with you Michael." I blushed while I said this. (Stop making fun of me pls)

Michael and I set up a plan. We would be finding food at the most popular mall in this sad town, Gracie Mall. Here, there are lots of good food stores that are simply delicious. I thought that we mabye could find some food there. I assumed that there should be still some  food left. As I hope not all but, most people have turned into the creatures. Canny gave us some weapons like a knife, scissors and even a weapon she made out of my brother's costume props. How I missed my naughty little brother. We had no time to lose. I said goodbye to Canny and my house. I hope I will see it again. Now, it's time for our first adventure.
