It is starting

Our Tummy

It was so loud. Everyone could possibly hear it too. It rumbled and grumbled. I was so so so hungry that I could possibly devour anything now.(not those creatures of course) Michale was right beside me. Holding his knife which he gripped tightly around his hands. He looked so sweet and charming. He looked like those Korean pop star idol that you could possibly imagine. His brown hair was combed nicely and it looked so shiny in the sun. I wondered how his hair was still so perfectly in place after many days. His blue eyes reflected all the light possible from the sun. Oh how I wished you could see how cute he was!

I saw something. It created this rattling sound. It was near us. I sense that it was in the bush. Oh no. The bush was right in front of us. I immediately went hiding beside Michael. I was afraid. Even when in danger, Michale still had the courage to laugh.

" Haha your scared of a cat!"He laughed.

"Wait what!?!?"
It was a cat the whole entire time. It appears that Michael was way ahead of me and he had already picked up the cat and was playing with it. Can this day get any better? I felt so stupid.
(Especially in front of my crush)

"Come on, we have to get going."

So we continued walking. I had no idea where this mall is but apparently Michael does. He was there with his parents the other day.

" So Michale, what happened to your parents?"I gradually asked to start a conversation.

" Well I was in my garage working on a science project when I heard people screaming. I walked out to see what it was and by the time I came back to my mouse, they were already gone." Michael was very emotional so he cried a little.

" It's ok Michale, my parents went missing too." I tried to comfort him.

Immediately, I heard something. Michale was busy talking to me about his family and he did not hear what I heard.

" Michael,Michael, MICHAEL SHUt UP!" I said losing my patience.

Then he heard it. It sounded like someone was screaming.We followed the sound.My heart was beating so loudly that I felt that it was going to come out. I saw it. It looked uglier. It looked stronger. It,It was smarter. Uh those filthy creatures. We hid behind a wall, hoping and praying not to be seen.

" Look at that. It's trying to unlock a door using a toothpick. That's so stupid." Michale whispered.

"Stupid? STUpId? It's smarter. The other day they couldn't even open a door. Now they are trying to unlock it! Oh no we really have to get back home soon to Canny. What if they are at my house now? Hurry let's go."

We tip toed away from that Monster. 5 minutes later, we reached Gracie mall. It's was a big mall. Tallest building in my town. With an arcade surrounding it. How I wished this wouldn't happen and I could still be playing at the arcade. As I stepped into the mall, I felt a cold breeze. Oh yea the air conditioner was still on. We took the escalator to level 1 where all the food outlets are. There seem to be no one in this mall.We went into a fast food restaurant called biggie bros. I quietly snug into the kitchen. I ransacked the whole kitchen, only finding a packet of frozen fries. Oh well at least we found something. Michale was my bodyguard. He tapped me on the back twice, signalling that he sensed something was here with us. We hid under the kitchen counter. Few moments later. We saw a group of creatures pass by us. I'm afraid that they had sensed our presence. One creature was just about to go towards the kitchen, when they heard something else and immediately went away. Whew. Michale ran to another kitchen while I hid at behind the counter,waiting for him anxiously. He came back with loads of food. From frozen chicken to frozen meat, even more fries.

" How did you find so much?" I asked,shocked.

" I used your hairpin to unlock the locked fridge." Michale proudly said.

" Wait my pin?" I touched my hair, it was gone.

" How did you get it from my hair without me realising?"

" I have magic...oooooohhh" Michael jokingly said.

" No time for jokes, we have to get home now."

We went home as quick as we can. We were too hungry.
