Intro:

Lara's P.O.V
....... I'm finally here,after the big struggle to get a chance to study here its now really happening my hardwork is finally paying off, all my stressed and lack of sleep days are finally paying off . I'm here,standing in front of the large university .

I can't believe my eyes ,I'm in the campus of Francis international  university. I've worked my butt off so as to get a chance to study here and I think it has happened. 'Well it has since your here anyways.' Shut up brain ,I face palmed myself pretty hard ,well I didn't think I could do that hard but I guess my hand is itching with excitement.

At the new found happiness in me, and on other matters its also because I found out my cousin the one and only whom I grew up with since we were infants so inseparable as everyone said, just thinking of her made a smile grow on my face ,yaah I have a cousin here in america .

She also got a scholarship too,to study here in America but the bad part is its two towns away from here so I can't see her as much as I would want .And it takes like 3 full days to reach that town by road so our chances of seeing each other is nil but I do really miss her ..I'll see her soon .

Okay,Intro: I'm Lara Danes ,I'm half African my dad is African but I took my moms hair type so if u don't mind the colour too much bcoz I took my dads colour then I'm the same as everyone . Well anyways I'm 18 turning 19 years old soon ,I know 3 languages my native language,English and Spanish (but still learning) .

Yap I think u got it from my intro that I got a scholarship to study here in America so I'm here but the big question which I have been having for a long time is what should I expect since mostly everything is new to me but I'll cope up with everything soon .

I know I'll be different from the people inside there but I won't let their weird stares,talks and rumours push me down .I am a strong person and will let Francis university know who Africans are and how we role yap I can't push my excitement down I'm still amazed by this huge and wonderful place its so nice here .

With that bit of satisfaction after hearing my motivational speech ,(I know I talk myself up so I can be confident well I don't find it weird I find it to be my unique style) .Anyways after finishing that it was time to go in and brace myself for a new beginning. A new chapter of my life so its time to go in and as my heart is racing with all my excitement .

As I entered I couldn't help but stare at everything in awe wow really that person who made this place really must have used a lot of money since its such a big university. 'Wow what a sight.' The only thing my head could say.

And with that I set out to seek the principals office while shaking lightly chuckling happily.

And let the book officially begin......

Well the people there on top are mostly the main characters as how I imagined them to be so if you don't want them to look like that well u can imagine them differently in your head but that's how I am currently imagining them .................
