Sophie's POV

My mom had just gotten to my house
"Mom what are you doing here and what do you want?" She just says "aren't you gonna invite me in?" I sigh "fine mom come in" she looks around and says "look honey I know because of the situation you had to leave the house" I got so angry "I had to leave because you kicked me out because I got pregnant"

she sits on the couch and says "I heard what happened with Jason and I think its time we should talk" I sit on the other side and say "Look mom I don't want Anything to do with you and your perfect world I don't need your money or anything of yours I'm perfectly fine here" she gets angry and says "look honey you're coming back home" I got so confused "what?"

"I'm never going back I'm engaged and having a baby with the man I love and its perfect" she just says "I wasn't asking I'm telling you" I stand up "look mom you can't make me move back with you and dad" she pulls out some papers and says "do you remember a couple summers ago that you asked me if you and John could go on a trip with John and got drunk and he drove and crashed into another car and people got hurt I made that go away because you asked me to with my connections if you don't move back he will go to jail and I'll make sure its a really long time

my face went white and I sat back down "ok mom you win" the smiled and said "one more thing I want you to tell him that you're breaking up with him and to stay away from you
and also Paulie I never liked her"
I sobbed "I'll do what ever you want mom just don't do anything to them"

"I thought you would say that so I got the car waiting outside I just wanna keep you safe honey" With tears streaming down my face I packed up my things and got the in the car when I did I saw John getting home from work he ran out of his car to see what was going on and mom just whispered in my ear "break up with him it's what's best"

I went to John and he just hugged me and said "what's going on why is your suitcase in your moms car?" With tears in my eyes I said "John this relationship is over I'm so sorry...." I took off the ring and put it in his hand I headed to my moms car and he was just shocked he grabbed my hand before I got in the car and said "please we promised to get married and have our daughter together"

I let his hand go and got in the car and mom drove off and all she could say to me was "your father will be so happy to see you" we got to our house and my parents are wealthy and they see us as classy people and an accidental pregnancy is an embarrassment according to them but I'm still their daughter

When we got home dad was waiting for me and he said he missed me but the look on his face was full of embarrassment towards me even tho he tried to hide it, when I got to my old room it was still the same as when I left my mom helped me bring everything upstairs and said "honey I actually have a surprise for you its in the room next to yours" when I opened the door it was the most beautiful nursery I've ever seen but it meant nothing without John beside me mom asked "do you like the nursery" all I could say was "yeah mom its nice...." She could see I wasn't that happy but she knows why so she didn't ask

it's been a month since I moved back with my parents and like always they are at work all day and they wont let me leave because they don't want anyone to see me pregnant and I've been face timing Paulette everyday shes still living with John and I occasionally see him in the background when I talk to Paulie but I tell her I don't wanna talk to him he tries tho I've sent him pics of the baby move but that's it, its still his baby

I've tried to talk to my parents but they won't budge my parents have left the house for the weekend on a business trip so I decided this was my chance to go visit John so the second my parents left for the airport I took my old cat and drove there when I got there I felt my heart wanting to jump out of my chest

I got out and walked to the door I opened it since I still had the key and Paulie wasn't there I assumed she was either at school or work but I heard someone upstairs when I got up there I saw a girl taking a shower and my heart dropped and I heard John laughing with her they saw me and John jumped out and said "Sophie what are you doing here" I said with tears in my eyes " I wanted to see you..."

I couldn't with what I saw and left I got in my car and drove home
As soon as I got home I called Paulie and talked to her and she told me "he cried because he was heart broken to not be with you he started drinking and meet briana but he doesn't love her she's a distraction to him" I said "it's been a week since I left and he's already moved on he broke my heart and I need time but I don't know if I'll ever be able to forgive him.."
