Sophie's POV

After having sex with John and him asking me to move in with him I start to wonder if he's having serious feelings like me or just trying to do the responsible thing I told him I would think about moving in but I don't know yet I can't leave Paulette
John is still sleeping and I decided to go home and talk to Paulette.

I get home and call for Paulette "Paulie can you get down here I seriously need to talk to you" she smirked "you have to tell me what happened and why you spend the night I need details girl" a laugh "OK calm down yeah we slept together but there's something I have to tell you and I don't know how you're gonna take it..." She gives me a worried look and says "what is it?" I look down knowing she's gonna be mad of disappointed "well... John wants me to move in with him.." Paulette stayed silent and I could clearly see she was upset "are you going to move in with him and just leave me and our plans?"
I stand up "look Paulie I don't know what I'm gonna do yet but I wanted to talk to you first because I love you like sister and you agreed to help me raise my baby and not everyone would do that" she cut me off and said "well I guess since John came back I mean nothing he's still number one to you"
Then Paulie stormed out of the apartment and I just sat there crying my eyes out

Suddenly I get a phone call and its John I pick up and the first thing he says is "hey baby mama you just left without saying goodbye or telling me your answer about moving in with me, you know I have this big house by myself with 4 rooms and we could raise our baby and its close to college so its perfect" I just sat there holding back the tears from my argument with Paulie and answered sounding like I've been crying "yeah I'll tell you my answer later" he stays silent for a sec and says "have you been crying I can hear it in your voice are you OK?"
I started crying on the phone explaining the fight with Paulie and how she stormed out he says "I'll talk to  Paulie" before I could say no he hung up 20 minutes later he calls me back and says "I have a surprise for you get ready I'll pick you up in 40 minutes"

John's POV

I called a very angry Paulette and this is how the call went

Paulie: "what do you want"
John: hey Paulette Sophie told me
what you said and I think I have a solution for our problem"
Paulie: "what is it then?"
John: "why don't you and Sophie both move in we have a lot of space in the house and it would better for all of us under one roof I mean they say it takes a village"
Paulie: "hmm I actually don't hate the idea"
John: "so what do you say?"
Paulie: "ok lets do it"

I go to pick up Sophie at her place and she is wearing a beautiful black dress with flour designs and my mouth just drops she looks amazing she walks to the car and I open the door for her she sits and says "wow thanks you're being a gentleman" I sit in the car next to her and say "Look Sophie we have been through a lot and I wanna take you on a proper date for once" Sophie just smiles and I never thought me a player would be in love but I can't help how I feel about her

Sophie's POV

Idk where he's taking me he won't tell me "come on John where are we going!?" He sighs "its a surprise stop asking" I shake my head "fine then"
We get to this little cafe I've never been before and says "I know being in a cafe is your dream date spot so I decided to bring you to one that just opened up"

We go inside and its amazing it looks old school it was so beautiful and it had a view of the mountains it was amazing since we are best friends we would be laughing "so tell me John what have I missed since we Haven't talked?" He thinks and says " honestly nothing new its been pretty quiet apparently I don't do anything fun without my partner in crime" I laugh "haha you're so stupid honestly"

After the date he dropped me off at my place where Paulette was and he came inside and said "I talked to Paulie and we decided that we would all move to my house together" and I'm just in shock "what? Why didn't you ask me what I though I never agreed to move in with you I feel like you're not even thinking about my feelings and not asking me what I wanted" I storm off to my room to think and I hear a knock at the door Paulette came in and said "its not a bad idea you know we can all be together this way" I sigh "yeah I know but I wish you guys would tell me these things" Paulette says "It was meant to be a surprise"

I decided to agree and we would move in the next couple of weeks I'm excited to see how this will work and if John and I actually have a future together I don't want him to hurt me of my baby again but I'm in love with him

A few weeks later John and I have been dating and we are moving in to his place and I asked John "so where do I sleep?" John says "my room" I look at him with question on my face "dont you think its a bit too soon to be in the same room?" He smiled " I think we passed that part I mean you're already pregnant with my baby" He says while rubbing my stomach that's already showing a bit
I blush and say "true I'll put my stuff in there then" he grabs my hand "let me I don't want my baby mama getting hurt"and before we kiss we suddenly hear Paulette say "damn this house I amazing we are gonna have a bunch of fun" and we suddenly started all laughing.
