I kept looking at the locket. Its beauty controlled me. Then I noticed that there was a note in the bottom of the box. I picked up the note and read it.
If you are reading this note, you have found the locket. I must warn you. Keeping the locket means grave danger. Thats why I hid it in this cave. Keep it safe, don't let the wrong hands get a hold of it. My world depends on you.

I thought in my head that some kid made up a story and wanted to make a big deal out of this. Megan grabbed the note and read it.
“Wow!” She said. “This is awesome! How lucky are we to find this!”
“Megan, its not real. Someone is just messing around coming lets go.”
“Wait!” Megan yelled.
“What?”
“There's a backside to this not, it says now that you have opened the box you have released me and the beast. What beast Nicky?”
“I don't know Megan, lets go to my house and play.” When Megan and I got out of the hole we could hear footsteps getting louder and louder.
“Whats that sound?” Megan asked.
“I don't know.” Then I felt a hand on my back
