Into Another World

Chapter 11

        "Hurry, Go!!" Mike yelled as he pushed me along. I looked behind us. The Reapers were catching up. I started running as fast as I could. I thought of how awful it would be to die in a different dimensions. Eventually my mom would catch up to realize that I am gone then they would never find me.

        At that moment I felt a gust of energy spread through out my body. I started running faster and faster. I turned My head to look back at Mike. He was farther behind me. Then he pulled out a gun and aimed it at himself.

        "NOO!!" I yelled as I stopped running. Without listening Mike pulled the trigger. But instead of stopping he started running faster, as fast as I was running. I started running along with him. "What is that?" I asked.

        "Its an energizer." He replied. I gave him a puzzled look.

        It gives you energy that you need for a certain amount of time. It saves lives." He said with a smirk.

        "How long will it last?" I asked him.

        "For about five minutes so we need to run as fast and as far as possible to get away from the Reapers."

       

        Eventually the energy started to fade and Mike and I started to slow down. We looked behind us. No Reapers in sight. I looked at Mike and smile as I breathed hard in relief.

        "So, where are we going to stop for the night?" I asked. Mike pulled out another gadget of his and a hallow gram appeared over. It look like a map.

        "We are here."Mike said while pointing at the hollow gram."There should be a town over here, so we will walk there and stay at a Inn." Mike started walking in the direction that the gadget told him. Sooner or later, we finally made it to the town. Mike brought us to a little inn, and got us a room.

        "You stay here, I'am going to get food for us." Mike said as he put my stuff down on the bed. Mike started walking out of the room, then closed the door. I looked around. So is there a TV or something? I thought to myself. I looked over at the desk. There was a little square sticking out of it. I got off the bed and walked over to it. There was a red button on it. I reached out my hand to touch it. When I touched it turned green. A giant screen appeared in the air and started to play weird movies with aliens and ugly things.

        "I guess this is the TV." I said to myself. I sat on my bed and started watching the weird movies. Then I heard a knock on the window. I looked at it for a few seconds, then started watching the movie again. Then I saw a rock, come for the window. I got off the bed and walked towards the window. I looked outside. Then I saw a body standing outside across the road.

        "Eeeeh." I eehed. I crouched down so it wouldn't see me. Then there was a knock on the door. I was to scared to open the door. Then there was a knock again, this time harder. I crawled over to the door and peeked out the peek hole. There was a person with there hood up standing in front of the door. 

        "Oh no, its one of those runners." I thought.

        "Open the door." A deep voice said. I sat on the floor, hoping that they would just leave. After a while there was silence, then the door burst open and the hooded figure came in!

        "Ah!!! Please don't hurt me!" I yelled. The hooded figure started to pull its hood down. Long chestnut hair flowed out of it. It was a girl. She took of the mask around her mouth.

        "What is that?" I asked.

        "It changes my voice to make it sound deeper and scarier. Its Reaper proof." She said.

        "Who are you?" I asked.

        "My name is Sarlayia. And you are Nick."

        "How do you know my name?" I asked.

        "I know lost of things, Nick. I also know, that Mike is in trouble.
