This book is dedicated to a bright light about to shine even brighter as she steps out into the world as a full-fledged adult. I wrote this book as her graduation present, something that would forever cement this milestone.
While this book is dedicated to Miss Savannah, I have also decided to dedicate it to the class of 2020. With everything changing in the world, I hope this story can give them an escape and allow them to realize that the truth is always the best course of action, even if it hurts. Keeping secrets, lying in the name of protection, and hiding the truth ALWAYS makes things worse.
