Chapter 22

Mina's POV

Today is Sunday meaning that it's sports challenge. I woke up earlier than yesterday since I don't wanna be late. I headed down to grab a breakfast and saw Hyejoo eating watermelons.

I chuckled and grabbed a bread to toast it. As soon as it's finished I grabbed my ketchup and put it all over the bread before munching on it.

"You'll come with me?" I asked after I finished the bread.

"Yeah, The Princess wants to talk to us about the performance so yeah" she said and finished up her watermelon.

We headed outside and saw a familiar blonde girl walking in front of us. I looked over at Hyejoo and she's smiling ear to ear. This girl is in love isn't she. I thought to myself.

I gestured her to go to the Gowon and she did. She interlaced their fingers and acted like she did nothing. Gowon flinched a bit but soon relaxed as she saw that it's my sister holding her hands. I giggled.

She turned her face to me and blushed as she saw me. I just smiled at her and walked past them to enter the school first. The location is the gymnasium again. There are quite a lot of people already there. I saw Tzuyu stretching near the benches and immediately walked to her.

"Goodluck Yoda" I said and gave a peck in her cheeks before running to my friends.

"I saw that" Sana's wiggling eyebrows greeted me as I sat that. I just gestured her to be quiet and she just giggled at me. Soon all Loona members are here and the event started.

The same guy from yesterday walked to the center again.

"Today's sports are...." So it's more than one. This is interesting

"Fencing, Archery and Basketball in that particular order" The mc announced.

"Let's welcome the two contestants" he said and bowed.

Tzuyu walked in wearing her fencing gear from the left side. Bambam walked from the right side.

They positioned theirselves and the whistle was blown as an indication of the start. Bambam was the first one to attack But luckily Tzuyu defended and scored a point since she found an opening and attacked him instead.

The game is composed of three rounds with one minute each.

This time Tzuyu was the one who attacked. Bambam defended for a while and soon the bell rang signaling that the round is finished. Still 1-0

They got back to their positions and the whistle was blown once again. Bambam found an opening and thrusted to Tzuyu. She couldn't defend it so he scored a point but Tzuyu countered and hit his head that earned her 5 points.

The bell sounded again. The standing is already 6-1. Tzuyu is still in the lead. I released a sigh of relief.

The whistle was blown. Everything happened so fast. Bambam was about to thrust to her but she defended and countered so she won a point again. The bell rang and Tzuyu won. We started jumping in our seats and cheering.

Tzuyu removed her helmet. She looked at me and winked. I felt myself blush at that. They immediately changed the setting at soon the Two are standing side by side.

"Now the Archery Competition will start" The mc announced

Bambam was the first one who released an arrow. They have 4 arrows each. His first arrow landed at 9 making everyone gasp. We didn't know that his good at this. He smirked. Tzuyu looks so calm as she aims her arrow. Her arrow landed at 10. Everyone was shocked at it. Bambam's fist were clenched.

The game ended with Tzuyu winning once again. 10-9-10-9 is her score while Bambam scored 9-10-8-9. He threw the bow as he loss. He looked at her angrily before heading out to change.

"The basketball 1v1 competition will start shortly" The mc announced and later a referee joined him. They will play in the half court and the first to get 15 points would win.

The two royal bloods soon walked out with their jerseys. Tzuyu tied her hair in a ponytail so that it won't hinder her. She looks so cool while doing it so. I felt my hear flutter because of it. She looked at me with a smile so I muttered a small "Fighting!" To her and she just winked at me.

The first one to have the ball is Bambam. Tzuyu defended her but Bambam still had a chance to shoot. As Tzuyu was about to block him I saw how Bambam stepped on her feet as he jumps. I looked over the referee and it looks like he didn't saw any of it. The shot went it. 1-0 is the score.

It's Tzuyu's ball now and she looks so serious. She went to the three point line and was about to shoot it when Bambam jumped in front of her. She stepped to the side and released the ball. It went it. I started cheering loudly. Everyone turned their gaze at me making me blush. I shyly sat back again.

I saw Tzuyu smirked at my direction before winking. I blushed even me because of it. I have no idea if it was possible at this point. The score is now 1-3 with Tzuyu leading.

The game goes on. We saw the cheating Bambam does but it looks like the referee doesn't. I started suspecting him. Everyone saw the fouls Bambam does but he doesn't even call any of it. Tzuyu looks unbothered as always. The score is now 11-13 with Tzuyu in the lead.

As Tzuyu is now running with the ball in hand she was about to dunk it when a hand landed exactly on her face. She landed with a loud thud causing for everyone to gasp. I looked over at Bambam and saw him smirking.

"Tzuyu!" I shouted as I ran towards her. I felt my knees weak when I saw blood. The others called an ambulance as I turn to Bambam with tears running down my face. I looked at him angrily.

"If something bad happens to her you will pay for this" I said before turning towards Tzuyu who's already getting carried by emergency officials.
