I Was Pregnant Yesterday

Chapter 14:

We have been at the hospital for at least 6 hours and I was tired and hungry. The whole Hart family was here now and I was not sure whether to leave or wait for them to ask me to leave since they came shortly after I had arrived and given Mr Hart his sisters belongings.

Mrs Hart wasted no time in hugging me as if we've known each other from birth,I didn't notice it before that her eyes were a deep shade of emerald like her children.Her hair was red though with some strands greying,
while Mr Hart an exact replica of his son or his son was a splitting image of him either way they looked like the same person one from the past while the other from the future but with black greying hair and grey eyes.He gave me a simple nod of acknowledgement and asked who I was,before I could reply a female doctor came updating the family that Ms Hart was going to have to deliver through C-section.

I don't know if that's how things are done but once again these people had money.Shortly a man in a black suit came with three cups of coffee.
"I'm sorry sir,I didn't know you were with someone else." He said bowing a little before Zack's father.
"Get uhhmm Ms...."
"Ms Brown."
"Yes Ms Brown a cup." He said simply whilst his voice held so much power and authority I almost squeaked.

"Yes sir right away sir."
Once he left I moved closer to Zack to let him know I was leaving.

"Zack."
"What!?...sorry Yes Ms Brown."
"Please call me Amanda.Well I think it's going to be best if I leave now."

"Ohhh of course.Thank you."
"Please congratulate Ms Hart for me."
With a smile I left,leaving him to stare at me as I said my Goodbyes to everyone.

On my way out I met the guy with the suite who had coffee which was meant for me.
"This is for you he said."

"Thank you,you can have it if you don't mind."
With a wide grin he thanked me and we went our separate ways.

I was happy knowing that I was going to work on Monday and that Adam has extended his stay here.
I could see mom was very happy too she had prepared a very scrumptious supper for us.

As we had just finished dinner.
I remembered I had work to do and I had left my laptop at my apartment.
"Ohh snap!"

"What is it dear?" Mom asked.

"I left my laptop at my apartment and I need to send some emails for work stuff."

"It's fine you can go honey.Thanks for joining us." She said wiping her hands with a paper towel.

"Thank you mother.Adam I love you broh let's have lunch tomorrow."
I said making my way upstairs to go grab my stuff.

"Send me the address I'll be there."

"Cool I'll do just that."

Minutes later I came down the stairs and made my way to where mom and Adam were.Giving them both a kiss we did a 'group hug' thing we normally do as I left for my apartment.
